Lovely family stay in an amazing property!

Fantastic place but communication with management was lacking.
This property had all the perks that we were looking for as we were three couples traveling together. The rooms were super comfy. The bathrooms were wonderful (except for what I’ll mention below!) The kitchen and laundry were spectacular! Who knew that you could build UNDER the courtyard in order to expand space? One note…Open the larger drawer under the cooktop and there’s a smaller drawer that looks like it’s part of it. It had appeared that there were no utensils at all in this very well stocked kitchen but one of us finally figured it out.
The code for opening the door was a little confusing at first and the gate never properly locked but we made do. The VERY disappointing thing about this property was that we had NO HOT WATER for three out of the four days! That was bad enough but the worst was, despite all attempts to contact management (multiple messages through Booking, emails and phone calls), this was never resolved. The only reason we had hot water the last morning was that my husband messed with things on the boiler/water heater until it finally “took”. This was an absolute spoiler on this property. We would have given a ten star review (if that was possible) but communication with management must be improved! Responsiveness to clients must be made a higher priority!

Comfortable & well-furnished home that is conveniently located with a few things to work on.
The location was very ideal considering it's only a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Paddington Station goes many places including a straight train right to Heathrow Airport. The key was a digital key so all I had to do was install an App and that unlocked the door for me. The place was clean and well-furnished and we had a comfortable stay. There were many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
The digital key was supposed to be sent 24 hours prior but there wasn't any information sent. I had to call the company on the way to the house to get that sorted. One day after checking in, another of their staff contacted me to send me another digital key, so I think that's just something the company has to smooth out internally. Additionally, due to the currency exchange fluctuation, and the refundable deposit being a manual refund, I had to fork out an extra SGD60 (approx GBP 37) to make up the difference. This is also probably because the deposit wasn't reversed on my credit card but instead was a manual refund made only 14 days after we checked out. Perhaps that's something that can be considered and improved for the sake of foreign travellers not paying in GBP. Also foreign travellers should note this extra cost. Thank you!

A comfortable and convenient apartment close to shops with easy access to the tube station
It is modern and spacious with all the amenities made available at the property. The neighbourhood is full of eateries & shops and very close to the station.
The only problem is the initial miscommunication with the owner as the welcome letter with details on the exact location and access were sent to an inaccurate email address thus causing frustration as we were outside in the cold for awhile until this was sorted.

Location Great.
House had 4 flights of stairs which was too much for my elderly parents. Wouldn't wanted to have children with me. Kitchen dining room and laundry located on the underground floor. Then lounge on next floor with a separate toilet, then next level was 2 brms with double beds and a bathroom and on the 4th floor master bedroom with a very low to ground king bed and bathroom. Great Location and 5 minute walk to Paddington station which was excellent. Restaurants handy along with handi markets for grocery items. Lots of takeaway places with lots of choices. Getting the keys to property with a phone app to gain entry was an experience. Not used it before and phoned office to talk me through it. Wasn't given the gate at front of mews entry code number which was another issue. This should have been supplied in the email upon entry but had to go to another property to ask for the code and then had to show them my booking.com confirmation before they would give it to me. Didn't need the added stress to get into this property.
Entry into the property with a phone app and then no code for the gate at the front of the mews for access day and night. Took up to 3 weeks to get damage deposit refunded to account. Too long after exit.
