Great Property.

Everything was good, pool was fantastic, restaurant and bar was great, room was good.

No information in the room about any of the facilities, ie. internet, I didn't even know about the bar and restaurant until the 2nd day I was there, and had to ask reception about the internet.

It was a perfect location to explore Darwin. It has everything you need. Very friendly staff. It feels very safe.

Loved the location - the pool - the gardens

Only disappointment was we asked for a room with a balcony, which there was a balcony of sorts on the room, but there was no access to it.

Stayed here twice before and have had a great experience both times. Pool is great and a lot nicer than other hotels in the area. Great spacious rooms and comfy beds.

Always find there to be little ants in the rooms but nothing a little bug spray couldn’t fix.

Staff not overly helpful, quite lazy. Not collecting towels at pool or used glasses/plates Declined to deliver cocktails - made me wait to carry and there were only one other couple in area, so NOT busy.

It was good that it was gated and secure. Not in a great area. Lots of drunk and drugged Aborigines hanging around outside the gates and across the road outside Woolworths supermarket. Quite intimidating.

I would have liked more regular room cleaning. Breakfast was expensive and there was not much choice for breakfast. The pool bar food in the evening was closed for several days and no alternative food was offered.

A very comfortable bed and pillows, an excellent shower, with good water pressure.

The outdoor area beside the room wasn't private. Our neighbour was very noisy across two nights. The staff listened to our complaint but weren't willing to change our room.

The pool area & pool bar that served food was really nice. Perfect on a very hot afternoon after a long plane flight. Staff were very nice & helpful.

The rooms were clean but we had to change rooms because of there was a very strong damp/mouldy smell in both rooms that we had (one for teenage kids). New room better for smell. Empty bottles of hand/body wash & shampoo in the bathroom (discovered when in the shower..). I used the hair-dryer in the 2nd room, and found it was literally smoking in my hand. I let the reception know at checkout & they had it removed immediately.
