Location was perfect for us as we walked to many destinations and publi transport was also close by. Loved the esplanade being on our doorstep for our morning walks. The resort made us feel that we were in a tropical oasis not a sterile cbd hotel environment. Staff were always friendly and helpful
The pool could be kept a bit cleaner as it looked as though the grouting in the tiles were very black and mouldy.

The location was excellent - just a stones throw from the esplanade but also great access to the main strip!

Das Hotel ist am Rand der Einkaufsstrassen in einem wunderschönen Palmengarten mit Bungalows und einem zweistöckigen Flügel. Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Balkon war perfekt. Das personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist super.

Loved the tropical vibe and location
The view looked down on a bungalow for most of the rooms which I feel would have been better if not there for a lot of guests.

The room is on the smaller size,but not to complain about. The balcony with BBQ provides great extra relaxing space and the surrounding palms/greenery/garden provide privacy and seclusion.
The staff were helpful and responsive. The Laundry was easy to use.

Beautiful grounds, great, clean pool and a wonderful smorgasbord!
Well I was in a cheaper room, upstairs. It was difficult to get my bag to the room as I am an elderly woman. Perhaps the staff could have assisted!

Great location and nice accommodation
Please don’t keep birds in a cage. Made me sad everytime I saw them. Such a wonderfull wildlife in Australia and these creatures should not be held in cages. So sad!

Excellent location. Lovely table and chairs outside room on the balcony. Pool was amazing - felt heated but told it wasn't.
Morning front office staff were lovely and friendly. Attractive gardens.
2 older female friends, only 1 double and 1 single bed. Single bed was a problem - tucked away in a corner up against a wall, no bedside light, couldn't see the TV. Note, there are no rooms with 2 double beds for twin use.
Shower tiny with corner opening.
Toilet wasn't clean on returning on 2 separate occasions.
Beds didn't seem to get attention every day. Beds were left tidy prior to leaving for the day, but were not always attended to by housemaids eg double bed straightened but pillows left unplaced; single bed not touched.
