Average stay and overpriced for what it was

Good central location

The room window faced a building site, the air con was freezing and we couldn’t adjust the temperature and we had a twin double room when we had booked a king room.

Magically wonderful !

We especially appreciated the proximity of the activities we chose. Life in the hotel is very lively and pleasant, almost festive. All the staff were attentive and welcoming. It's very nice to be received in such a warm way. And it makes you feel good.

Excellent location, comfy beds.

nice big rooms, like the couch so you don't have to sit on the bed. Beds very comfortable. Very central location.

The housekeeping staff left open our door the whole day while I was outside. When we can back the door was open and we called the reception staff to tell about it and they was like there is no change my staff will do it. No safety at all

Very clean, staff great, very convenient location.

Excellent location. Hotel was able to check us in early which was fantastic after a long travel day. Sky drive shuttle from airport drops off right behind this hotel which is very convenient.

Ideal location , lots of choices for this price point. No longer first choice

Location was good where we needed to be.

No mini bar, noisy ac. Toilet too close to the wall. Nowhere in the shower to put soap or shampoo. Had to use the floor. Step outside and the homeless were every where. Lots of dust accumulated around vents and where the fittings in the room were for suction. Yellowing plastic fittings

The staff were friendly and helpful, the courtyard off the room was excellent, and it was quiet

The ice box in the fridge needed defrosting badly, there was no mini-bar, and on of the dimmer lights on the bedhead didn't work.

Overall, ok

Room service dishes were left outside of the room door when we arrived. Upon checkout, reception had the room service (from what I am assuming was from previous guest) charged to my stay. We were not charged but if I did not correct reception, we would have been paying for someone else’s food.

Love trips to Auckland. Bright lights, welcoming and the energy vibe!! Awesome place to stay. Shame the nightclubs aren't operating anymore at Sky City. But we did find a live band on site. 😊

The reception was great, easy stay! I had to check out a day early as the cyclone was coming and my Daughter was stressed at home.

A bit of a weird layout

The room was clean and tidy, the lady who checked us in was really lovely and helpful

Our view was the construction next door, was a bit weird having the toilet in the shower room and the hand rail for the bathroom in the room with the toilet and not in the main bathroom where the hand basin was, the toilet roll holder could've been in a better place maybe where the hand towel rail was.
