Breakfast was excellent. Great variety of foods. Really enjoyed the stay. Clean room everyday. Staff is very friendly and helpful!! will definitely stay again.

Aircon in the room was not cold enough. Carperts need upgrade.

Breakfast was chaos..I could not get to any food as it was so so full. Service was poor. Very poorly organised.

The place was very noisy. Guests talking late at night. Children running in the passages late at night knocking on random doors. The bathroom had this weird drain under the toilet . Really off putting . Found out from friends that their bathroom was fine . The place is not walkable to the waterfront . They do provide a shuttle but it’s not safe to walk with the homeless people around.

The location is perfect, amazing breakfast and the free shuttle to and from Waterfront is a plus. Also the dinner buffet is a signature for Southern Sun, maybe it should be cheaper.

The aircon was way too high.
