Great we had a seperate room but booked 2bed room was good

Located in a quiet town, the rooms are well-equipped

The staff where so lovely and mostly happy to assist with any questions and concerns that I had with exploring the area

Cleanliness lacking

Room wasn’t available til after 3pm Bathrooms had been cleaned with strong bleach, which was heavy throughout room. Restaurant was closed and property is not in town so required driving to eat.

I liked nothing at all.z

1.Booked on line. 2.Arrived..place locked.no one there. 3. Rang night number and was told that someone would come to issue keys. 4.Waited for half an hour..nobody came. 5 Was sat in the car outside with ill relation for the entire time. 6.Gave up and booked into Hilton where service was Excellent 7.Called into Ibis on way home next day and after much persuasion they paid me the difference in prices. 8.There was no meal facility at Ibis. No Breakfast..and Restaurant closed. Very poor service

Dark shower curtain in Rm 9.....once drawn it makes it very dim in the shower....a white one would be a better choice.
