It is in a great location and the room is nice and comfortable.
The bathroom floor was not clean around the toilet. the breakfast on the first morning was not fresh ( the second day was much better).

View from the dining room was great and beds were comfortable. Staff didn't speak English but were friendly when checking in.
The whole place seemed a little tired and dated. The part of town it was in also looked a little grubby.

Very good location. Hotel rooms are a bit old, but well maintained. Clean. Big bathroom. Staff is very nice. Floor 49th there is a nice buffet restaurant and where you have the breakfast. Fantastic views.

Quick check in & friendly staff. The room was spacious & the shower was good (however it did leak through to the toilet).
The air-con was a little slow to get cool so the room was quite hot at night.
Location was good, within walking distance to everything.

Great breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
We arrived at 8pm. Italian restaurant closed, bar closed, wine bar closed and buffet restaurant close at 89.30h... no other options for us to have some drinks and relaxed conversation without the pressure to need to leave within 1 hour.

Liked almost everything, especially the service. A member of the staff called, SKY was extra helpful.
Restaurant room service was not too good. They kept holding the call then wont talk again. The guy who delivered the food to our room was very unfriendly and looked so annoyed.
