Cuando entré a la habitación no lo podíe creer, era gigante! Un living enorme, una habitación enorme, baño gigante, todo muy bien. Las instalaciones si bien se notan que son antiguas, las mismas funcionan a la perfección, todo prolijo y limpio. Demasiado para el precio pagado, súper bien!

The hotel got a very good location.
for the IHG member you can’t reserve the table for breakfast. sometimes you can’t get a table, it’s a fully occupied.

Very comfortable, booked a larger suite and wasn't disappointed. Had sea view and was a wonderful vantage point to watch the light show.
Very little to dislike, the spa service wasn't available on the night we stayed but that is a minor issue.

Great location, great service too
Executive lounge needs to reopen, I've stayed in many executive club suites, being able to sit on a comfortable couch at any time of the day is very relaxing with coffee etc - a restaurant isn't the same, although still very nice staff and food!

Great hotel in an ideal location for a visit to QIngdao. The suite was very roomy and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
The interior is a bit dated and could use updating, but not a huge negative. Breakfast had a lot of options but was fair, at best.

The staff were friendly. Its location is pretty good.
All the interiors are very dated/shabby in parts. The room was damp, presumably from the sea. The room toilet was broken, the bedside lamps didn’t work properly and so on. The breakfast wasn’t a great quality / extensive selection for western breakfast at least.

Great location in the city. Almost everything is within walking distance. Room is big.
Some rooms are in need of a makeover. I have stayed here many times and it really can depend on which room you are given. For example, some rooms have mold from the sea, however the staff always help when I request to change rooms upon arrival.

Hotel is in a great part of town to access coffee shops, bars and local transport. The coast is only a few mins walk away.
The walls are a little thin. I could hear people talking in the next room. Windows could be bigger to allow for a better view.
