The location is perfect close to Futian station and Coco Park. The staff is super friendly and professional. I had an upgrade to a suite which was awesome. Superb view over the area.

Nothing particular to report

I received the confirmation from the hotel before my trip. However, when I arrived the hotel, the reception staff told me that they did not receive my booking. The reception staff was in very poor manner and was not helpful at all. It was a chaos and I had to stand there for at least 30 mins. The reception manager finally came and helped. He was much better and arranged a room for us immediately.

The room was a very clean and comfortable. Location was also good since two stations are available.

It was surprising that only few staffs could communicate well in English. You should hire more English speaking staff for the future visitors. Location was good, but some musuic noises from a club at night time might be annoying for some people.

Staff actually ran at me to stop me from carrying my own luggage into the hotel. Service staff were very helpful.

The system gave the wrong surname which prevented me from going onto the wifi until it was corrected

Breakfast menu was exactly the same every day. I stayed for 11 nights, so it became tough after 2-3 days. Very limited options for vegetarians and the space becomes crowed between 07:45 - 09:00 hrs.

No indication in booking.com that the restaurant and lobby are currently under renovation. The replacement lounge for breakfast is too small to handle the customers.

The overall check in process is pretty fast. The staff are professional. The location is near to the Ping An building and Sicili Bar.

Overall, the experience is beyond expectation. Just the traffic to enter Futian will be busy during peak hours.

The room is large and very comfortable. I like it very much.

The location of the hotel and my assigned room is facing the stretch of bars and clubs. Every night, we can hear the booming music from the bedroom and disrupted our sleep. The noise can be heard till 4-5am. I am a very light sleeper and i can't get good sleep at all.
