Location and convenience.

It was pretty humid in our room, even with the dehumidifier and air conditioner. The room started to develop mold on the ceiling and started to smell of damp towards the end of our stay.

Love the location - Shopping centre, good restaurants of all kind, MTR/KCR all very close by. Gym and indoor/outdoor are both operational in Jan which is rare in HK. Bike hire and cycling track is nearby. Love the size of the rooms.

Did not like the laundry facility - It was actually an excellent bonus for a hotel in HK to have a paid laundry facilities. However, the laundry room closes at 10pm and staff shut down the washing machines and drying machine before that when I still have whole family's wet clothes in the washing machine. Staff eventually was happy to turn the drying machine back on for me and explain that because of the laundry room is right next to the hotel rooms, they have to turn off the machines at 10 pm so customer won't complain about the noise. It is reasonable but why will tourists stay in the hotel to wash their clothes before dinner time when we only have a few days in HK. Hopefully, hotel will consider moving the laundry room to another location that will not bother other people so the machine can operate 24 hours. (Also unlike laundry facilities in Japan hotel where laundry powder is included, it was not indicated on the machine's instruction whether we need to add laundry powder.)

Can’t praise this Hotel enough. The rooms are newly- refurbished, spacious, modern and clutter-free! The bed, bed sheets and pillow are so comfortable. The floor is clean. Multiple plugs too (see photo). The staff are helpful, polite and pleasant. The location is at Sha Tin MTR station but also plenty of buses to take also. A41 bus is the airport bus right outside the hotel!

Would be good to have a clock in the room

Love the location of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, clean and such a fabulous place to stay.

Only negative was that there was not an iron & board available in the room but other than that it was perfect.

센트럴, 침사추이에서 좀만 떨어져도 이렇게 넓고 쾌적한 방을 훨씬 저렴하게 이용할 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 지하철, 버스 등으로 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있고, 호텔에 연결된 엄청 큰 쇼핑몰엔 모든 게 다 있었어요. 심지어 엄청 좋은 놀이터까지요. 홍콩 다시 온다 해도 엄청 비싼 곳에 가지 않는 이상 무조건 여기에 올 거에요!

Location is very good. The staff is very nice too.

The main gate does not provide enough space for parking to wait for a moment. The cars at the back are pushing that need to drive the car somewhere to move the baggages. I stayed for 6 nights, no provision of welcome drink or cans in the fridge for free. Suggest to increase the number of wash machines.

I stayed there last year - very satisfied but this year was a little disappointed by the cleanness of the shower room - the edges inside the shower room and door are very gross.

The property had been recently renovated, so it was super clean, fresh and modern. The location is great, albeit it a little bit out of the city centre areas (TST / Central), but well connected by Shatin MTR.

The restaurant options inside the hotel were limited, however it is attached to a newly developed mall, with plenty of options there instead. As a family, we were hoping for interconnected rooms, but I’m not sure these are available. They did place us right next door to each other though, so this solved the problem.

The room is clean and big. It has a great view overlooking the river. The location is convenient and there are a lot of food choices nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at the royal park hotel in sha tin during our 2 week vacation in hong kong. The airport bus took us right to the front of the hotel, and the front desk allowed us to check in 2 hours early so our little ones can rest after a long travel day. The facilities were recently updated and everything was exactly like it was in the hotel pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the new town plaza being just across the foot Bridge, which allowed access to a multitude of different dining options. Super convenient! Overall, great experience. Would definitely come back again!

The pool temperature was a tad cool for our liking, but on a hot, summer day it would be quite refreshing.

Royal Park Hotel was peaceful luxury in a busy Shatin. The hotel location is fantastic. It is joint onto New Plaza shopping centre so you can avoid the Hong Kong humid heat if that is your preference. Then through the shopping centre it leads to the MTR station. Royal Park hotel was super clean and staff are very helpful and friendly.

If there was more Royal Park hotel advertising of their own facilities such as the restaurant and spa facilities, I think I would have taken the opportunity.

Location is convenient and close to underground and bus stations.

The rate of the room has gone up a lot from that of 2021.
