This is mass tourism in industrial scale. They had lots of activities for children and I imagine it's great for large families (as long as they speak the language). The locations around the hotel (La Rabida, Huelva, Columbus' carabelas) were highlights in our trip.
Easily the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever been to. They make your wear a wristband, color-coded depending on the type of service you’ve booked. If you don’t have the red band, meaning full pension (todo incluido), you are worthless: It took me half an hour on the first day to figure out where to get me a beer to drink by the pool; they segregate you off to a separated buffet for breakfast, away from the main building; all because of the green wristband they make you wear. When I made a complaint to the management that I was paying €700 for two nights (3 persons) and could not even get a beer to drink by the pool, I was confronted by an inept manager, who could hardly speak any English. In fact, a lady in reception could not manage to say a full sentence in English. The infrastructure is in free fall: the toilet didn’t flush solid excrement; the magnetic keycard to the room had to be replaced four times; the shampoo dispenser in the shower collapsed on first touch; frail furniture seems to originate from the seventies. The room with a view, for which I paid extra, turned out to be just a terrace facing the main pool, where they cramp up loud music till midnight, without regard to guests who might need to be up early next day.

When more people is taking a shower at the same time you have no water. I can understand that but it should not be happening.

Everything! Amazing stay!

Amazing staff, good value, very good pools and entertainment programs.
Our room was in front of one of the entertainment
stages and there was much noise till midnight which
was not ideal with such young children, please place
families with young kids away from those areas.
Places to place the towels around the pools were not
enough with so many guests.
But these were minor inconveniences, overall we
really enjoyed our stay!

Great variety of food options. Very nice beach near by. Although the size of the resort, it is well coordinate. An amazing gym. The hotel has an App, where you can communicate all your doubts and necesities.
Very crowded. We had the impression before arrival that it'll be much intimate, but we found a hotel with more than 1000 rooms...
A bracelet that each of the guests has tu wear to be identified as a guest hotel and to which plan he belongs ... Didn't like at all being marked! Took it of on the first day!

beds are fantastic! food is good with a great variety ! fiesta de los sábados is awesome! musical was great!
bit far from the beach! the hotel is quite crowded! sometimes it is hard to find a sunbed! sometimes the all-inclusive atmosphere becomes exhausting! people just keep eating and drinking the whole time!

The beach and two dinners.
Food in general didn't had the quality neither the diversity required by the price, predetermined hours for the meals weren't logic for my child and the staff in the diners weren't enough to cover the food demand. There were times were the the lines to get food were just insane.
A lot of noise through the night, the music was too loud.
Only one time I could get two chairs in pool zone for me and my wife (hotel doesn't apply his policy for the use of the chairs).
The beds and pillows weren't comfortable.

Good organization for the number of guests. Food on point with different options to choose.
Good cleaning services and animation during the day, in the pool area.
Excellent if you have kids.
Excellent controls of the beds reserved in the pool, so that no one would reserve would reserve them while on breakfast or going to the beach.
The bar could, especially in the pool during the day, have a better quality in terms of beverage and more variety in terms of food, the rest, perfect.

all good in general, big room, clean, erc
food was horrible, not worth it
parking difficult to find and completely disconnected from the hotel... meaning that they have no idea about payment, etc. even if you do it from Barcelo parking

The pool was good and, the beach access was pretty good too. The room was enough and the little balcony was a must 😉 the hotel was nice, but it doesn't justify the all-inclusive.
Most services around the pool were closed (due to low season, but the hotel was full, so anytime you wanted something you had a long line to get it)
You have a restaurant assigned for ALL your stay, even though the buffet changed everyday, it isn't exactly what an all inclusive looks like, the covid excuse cannot last forever.
The hotel entertainment was the worst service I've watched in an all inclusive. The music started always at the same time with the same playlist with the same dance moves...

Great aircon and sound proof rooms. Plenty to do and lots for children of all ages. The highlight was el Cale restaurant, some of the best Italian food I've ever had!
Check in could have been a bit more friendly and informative. Restaurants were very busy at times and food often wasn't hot especially at lunchtime.

Breakfast was great with lots of variety and we really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The grounds are well-kept and beautiful, and the beds were firm and comfortable. The shower also stayed nice and hot with good pressure.
I wish the resort was clearer about what areas are available to you prior to arrival. The website boasts having several pools, multiple restaurants, and entertainment but if you are assigned a room in one wing of the hotel, that is the pool and restaurant you have to use for the all-inclusive. Also, in certain months, there's no entertainment on-site. And getting snacks or a meal can be tough outside of designated meal times. Not to mention, we had to wear one of those pre-adjusted plastic bracelets the whole week we were there to indicate our meal plan level. For an American, this experience at an all-inclusive resort was a bit different and not as "the customers always right/luxurious" compared to all-inclusive experiences in the Americas and other general hotel experiences. But we had a great time regardless, once we adjusted to/understood the rules.

Buen desayuno. Buena ubicación.

Very big resort with hundreds of rooms. Every basically okay.
Room and Patio could be a bit larger for a family of 4.
Pool opening hours are from 11AM to 7PM which is far too short. All pool chairs are already occupied with beach towels in the very early morning, although there is nobody physically there using them. Pool staff should remove all towels from people who are not at the pool, in order to make space for people who are actually there and want to use them.

nice swimming pool,
very comfortable beds,
friendly receptionists
unorganised restaurant,
bad food,
not working bedroom fridge
