Pequeno almoço com somente um funcionário. Não fui ré-embolsado pela reserva que foi feita no mesmo dia de cheque in e cheque out. A gerente ignorou o aniversário da minha esposa ( razão pela qual fomos a Sevilha).

Me deram um quarto inferior ao que paguei,não havia controle de temperatura e passamos 3 dias “tentando “ dormir com um calor INFERNAL. Colocaram um ventilador barulhento que não resolveu o problema. Um desastre

Hotel muy lindo y cómodo. Excelente ubicación. Y todas las tardes ponían a disposición de los huéspedes una merienda tan rica como el desayuno. Nos encanto!! Muy recomendable!

The view of the cathedral was amazing! It was right in the heart of the city. You walk out the front and the beautiful city it right there waiting for you.

Shocked at how the price and quality are so out of sync. After years of visiting this hotel we had hoped to stay a night here. The bathroom was so old and dated the switches had turned yellow. It was a bathroom suite from the 90s. The shoddy patchwork of plastering around the room looked very poor. The bath and shower was in the room but all the products and towels in the bathroom. No space to put anything. I mix medication in a glass in the mornings. It leaves a white thick mark at the bottom of the glass. House keeping never changed the glass. It was dry and upside town when we returned so it must have got a quick rinse under the tap in the bathroom but I expected a change of glasses each day. Spend your money in the hotel alfonso XIII for an old experience but 5 star comfort and finish.

Rustig gelegen (behalve het luiden van de klokken), midden in de stad, sfeervolle kamer met luxe uitstraling. Hele goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Dakterras!

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, a equipe é bastante cordial. Quarto limpo, muito bem decorado. Amamos a cama, lençóis e travesseiros.

We loved this hotel - from the fabulous welcome at reception to the very comfortable rooms, great staff, the afternoon tea and breakfast buffet. Hard to beat the location too. Very pleased we stayed and hope to return one day.

Claramente, la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Para como están los precios ahora en Sevilla, este hotel cumple expectativas calidad-precio. Personal super amable.

Es un poco complicado llegar al hotel porque la calle es peatonal, y hay que avisar al hotel para que pueda avisar a los taxis (no ubers, ni cabifys) para que lleguen hasta la puerta. Solo cuentan con una persona para todo y no ofrecen servicio de comidas y cenas.

Arrived on my birthday to a bottle of champagne in my beautifully luxuriously decorated room. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The position was perfect to easily explore Seville for a first time visitor. Would definitely visit again.

De locatie is werkelijk perfect! In het centrum met alles op loopafstand en daarnaast dichtbij het busstation voor onze doorreis naar ons huis elders. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en de kamers mooi, ruim met heerlijke bedden! Wij komen geregeld in Sevilla en dit is tot nu toe het beste hotel geweest.

Er waren maar 5 ligbedden bij het zwembad waarvan 2 doorgezakt. Hierdoor zijn wij niet gaan zwemmen terwijl de temperatuur heerlijk was.

Excelente ubicación próxima a la Catedral y junto a la concurrida calle Mateos Gago. Casa/palacete señorial y solariego a la que han practicado una excelente restauración.

Podría haber sido mejor la temperatura de la habitación, la cual, sin de haber conectado la climatización, estaba a una temperatura un tanto elevada en relación a la ropa de cama, lo que te hacía pasar algo de calor por la noche mientras dormías.

Amazing location, perfect for accessing the cathedral, Alcazar and tower and the main 2 shopping streets. I think Sevilla is my favourite city in Spain so far! Hotel was beautiful inside, clean, and comfortable. Afternoon tea is complimentary and there is a great view from the rooftop pool deck to the cathedral and tower.

I did specifically request a quiet room in my booking. I was allocated room 1 which is on the ground floor right next to the breakfast room and through which everyone passes to get to their rooms and the rest of the hotel. Therefore it was NOT quiet. I could hear kids screaming and cutlery rattling during most hours of the day. Luckily I brought my Sleep Buds (ear plugs) which play white noise so could mask most of the sound. Without these I would absolutely have complained. The other issue is that wifi doesnt reach the pool deck. At least - I could only get it on 1 out of 3 days there.
