Wir hatten Chalet 3. Feuchte Wände, dadurch muffig trotz Lüften. Im fensterlosen Bad ein unbeschreiblicher Gestank nach Katzenurin (?). So, als hätte jemand sein Haustier mitgebracht und dort eingesperrt. Ekelhaft!!!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area was fabulous and not too cold as stated in some reviews, although the weather was very hot. Our apartment was very comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the lake.

We didn’t cook in the apartment but there are only two rings in the kitchen which might be difficult for some if self catering. As stated in previous reviews there is no shop and the restaurant closes on Tuesday which is worth noting. We didn’t find the walk into town too strenuous but if you have small kids or reduced mobility the climb up the hill would be problematic.

Nice lake view and pool area. Nice wineries in the proximity of the hotel.

Very poor room standard: No AC, malfunctioning warm water and toilett flushing. One day problems with the door lock. Make sure to book a renovated room - at least avoid appartment nr 12. Restaurant closed tuesdays for some reason and no buffet.

The information about the apartment is not enough and misleading. There are 2 locations, one Arca which is in the main area with pool, restaurant and other facilities, the other is Ca' Mure about 300 - 400 meter uphill. I chose apartment with 2 bedrooms with balcony, but there is NO direct balcony, only shared terrace outside the building. No clear info that the apartment location is not in the main area. Room is not good isolated, we hear noise from neighboring apartments

The only thing I enjoy in the hotel is the swimming pool, the restaurant and the night scenery with bug singing.

- Pay attention with their "Free Wi-Fi" title, in the description is only public Wi-Fi is free, the public mean "only in restaurant area". When we check in, they gave us a little piece of paper for connecting Wi-Fi in our room, but true is you can't even find the Wi-Fi server. I went to ask them, their answer is "you room is older and further away, so the connection is no good." (lie! It is not just not good. It is not even show up on my phone!) - We pay one extra person, yet we have to make the bed ourselves, AND get the sheets ourselves (They said they forgot to make the bed and didn't even call someone to do it after we ask) - Our double bed also only half done. - They tell us we have to clean the the room especially the kitchen. - There were ants in the bathroom and the floor was sticky - Shampoo and body soap are really the cheap ones and not much, but the kitchen kit is really complete and the dish soap is bigger bottle than the shower soap. (An expensive hotel, don't even provide basic service. But when asking customer cleaning, they have nice and good tools. How much they want their customer to do the cleaning?! ) - Their staff lunch time is from 12 to 3pm. - Restaurant closed in the day - No AC, no mosquito net so we can't open the windows - Houses are close to each other. Other customers just sit outside and talk at the midnight, we can hear clearly because where they sit is basically just in front of the window of our bed. I can't sleep well because of that. - At some points, people upstarts knockings on the floor super loud and woke me up. - We had to leave early to give a ride for our friend to the airport and the gate was close. We call the number that they provide to get help, but the person just answer "this is for emergency only" then hung up, don't even tell us what to do. So we had to figure out and ran back to get our key which is really far.
