Service and people are very good. View, location, club, room were great.

Beautiful view, really nice the rooms and the service. We really enjoyed our stay, they gave us a free upgrade because of availability.
They are really slow at the breakfast, also not enough room for all the guests. We had to catch a train, needed to wait 15 minutes to enter as it was full, after we were waiting 40 minutes for our order after telling we were in a hurry. Maybe better for the hotel to work with time shifts for the guests.

Amazing views from room, pool, very comfortable. Service is great, great vibe in the lobby.
Checkin process way too long for this type of standing. They give you a printed sheet, not elegant, and you have to book a time to go to the pool and gym... not ok for this standing, too old school and amateur.

Location, Service and Food was suburb
This only because I am picky. I tend to hate going to hotels where shoes are allowed in the room especially in Japan, i did not like that the carpets in the room had some stains in them although cleaning service come to vacuum everyday. But it is what it is.

Staying here was such an amazing experience! It was completely worth it. The staff was very nice and the facilities were always kept clean and constantly kept to the highest standards.
