A bit dated.

The location was superbe. Breakfast was impeccable in an upscale restaurante located at the first floor. Top notch location in the beautiful neighborhood of San Isidro. Well surrounded area with good restaurants as LILA, newly inaugurated. Author's cuisine restaurant with nice people and a carefully elaborated menu. The hotel staff was always nice and professional, particularly Mariana and the nice girl with the purple hair at the front desk, both went far and beyond to make our staying one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel. Thank you to Jorge, the doorbell and the young Manuel for their kindness and also to Lena, the cleaning lady. Congratulations for a professional service. The Elevator is a little bit outdated.

Pillows too large.

Photos show a big spa bath, but reality is a bathtub, big enough for 1 person only which I couldn't use because the room has a hot water tank that is not big enough to fill the tub with warm water

Very comfortable room. Excellent service and breakfast, as well as the downstairs restaurant. Will definitely consider it for future travels.
