1)Hay poca variedad en el desayuno buffet 2)Pusieron la misma comida del desayuno en dos oportunidades ( viernes y sábado) ( una papas todas rancias) 3)La cama dura. 4) El televisor no tenía conexión al internet. 5) La cascada de la piscina seguramente andaba malograda pues nunca la prendieron. 6) Lo mejor fue el café y la fruta

The room’s size was good and seemed very clean (10 points for that). Bed was comfy, AC was working fine. Room service price’s were ok. The rooftop was nice but it could improve its cleanness. Breakfast wasn’t bad, we thought it was buffet but it was ok. Staff was nice though.

Need USB-c chargers inside the room. Also it would be nice to have some kind of streaming option in the tv besides regular cable. The pool was dirty, there was like a plastic thing floating around and many dead insects floating too. A couple left the rooftop just before we arrived and the leftovers were there for a long time, no one picked them up and it was kind of uncomfortable. Also, parking inside the building was quite challenging! But one member of the staff was very nice to help us avoiding scraping our car :)

security on elevators should only allow key access to your floor and my bedroom has a balcony door but no window to open or see out.
