Exceptional service from check-in to checkout. Seamless experience from room to buffet restaurant to poolside to the beach! We loved the big outdoor pool and the beach location at the end of Marina made it more peaceful and relaxing. Not to mention the balcony room view was spectacular regardless of whichever view you get. Buffet selections for dinner and breakfast were great! The BBQ ribs were mouth-watering. Indeed a 5-star experience! Our Wedding Anniversary was made extra special! Thanks for the complimentary cake 😍😍

Facilities in the spa area could use some care but nothing major

The room is big and clean, beds are comfortable. Faciality is nice and staff is helpful. food and drinks prices in hotel are convenient and great value for services provided.

The hotel was not cooling the pool water, the number of seats around pool need to be increased to allow for more seating area, and the parking is very tide and it take time to take and return car.

Gym, Pool, and Beach were all good. Room was big, but that doesn't mean perfect. Don't be fooled by the bells and whistles, this hotel is 4 star at best.

Staff at meal times were not consistent. Assigned a table that was then assigned to another guest family. Waited a long time to be asked about drinks then waited even longer to get them (they are literally machine made hot drinks). Some waiters treating it like a comedy routine rather than a job to keep customers happy.
