Great location close to the station and the center - and absolutely no noise from trains, very quiet

The people

Very small shower. AC was sub-par No English speaking on TV Small fridge

good, location, price and comfortable room

noise from staff setting up level 5 restaurant from about 4am. lots of banging and loud voices (we were on L4)

Checking in and out was quite straightforward. Dinner and breakfast staff were very efficient and friendly. Our room was quiet considering we were on the corner suite opposite the train station and had all the facilities needed for a one night stay and the bed was reasonably comfortable although would have preferred softer pillows.

Probably nothing as we were quite satisfied overall. The rooms looked a little old and dated and could do with some renovations but this is only a personal observation. Other guests may quite like the overall appearance of Hotel Michelangelo Palace and Spa as it is.

The hotel itself is very good. The rooms are a little tired but very comfortable. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. Good breakfast and dinner.
