beautiful period character in the main entrance building, and the accommodation wing is new so rooms have up to date facilities. we were grateful for the lift up to the bedrooms from the car park. very helpful staff. it’s very close to Salamanca Place and Battery Point but the area is very steep so walking may not be possible.

it’s not friendly for people who can’t manage stairs, and you can’t get from reception to bedrooms without several steps, so be prepared! I wasn’t. reception staff told me they have another property very close by that is suitable for people with mobility issues.

I love the buildings the layout the bar the comfort in the room. Must say it would be good to have the showers upgraded my shower heads leaked. Love the location and the car park Lastly love the park next to the hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful
