Fantastic location across from a beautiful park and near the waterfront, great views from the corner apartment, very spacious and well-equipped

A minor issue, but the property charged credit card fees which weren’t disclosed on the Booking.com website or otherwise beforehand (this was charged to my card before I checked in).

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice.

Fridge turned off on arrival with water everywhere. Vent in ceiling whistling and staff didn't fix after being told. Had to tape it up so we could sleep.

I thought as value for money it rated average. Stayed in other places where we got room service, had a few nice things left in the room for us ... e.g. complimentary bottle of wine, fruit etc. Lounges not very comfortable.

Location was excellent. It was within walking distance to the water front. Restaurants and city were also within walking distance. Wrest Point casino was a quick 6 minute drive. Large king-size bed that was comfortable and pillows were also good. The size of the apartment was large and had everything we needed.

Book your parking spot asap as it has only about 10 parking spots. Otherwise, there is parking on the street that is paid by the hour. There was an issue with the bathroom not being cleaned properly from the previous guests. I had to bring this to the attention twice to the reception before it was adequately cleaned. They were looking into the housekeeping staff and monitoring it. At least they are on to it. I didn't like that there was no 24 hour reception as some of my issues were out of reception hours.

Staff, location, excellent room and amenities. So close to many things and on-site parking (booking required). We really did enjoy our stay and the 1 bedroom suite was so quiet even though our living room was facing Davey Street. We will be very happy to book there again.

The location of this property is excellent. so close to Salamanca. Our room was wonderful. So large and comfortable.

Only wish we could have stayed longer

Great location. Close to the Salamanca area, tourist departures and the shopping district. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was nice and spacious with all the amenities provided.

Mantra One is very well positioned, an easy walk from the bus depot and also to the harbour, starting points for tours and the city. We were able to get supplies for the apartment from Salamanka. The photo I've included shows the living dining room, out of shot is the second couch. It was a generous size for two people and could easily take four, with a couple sharing the sofa bed. However, if sharing a bathroom is a problem this might not be for you. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

It was missing washing up sponge or tea towel and I only realised we could get this from the main desk a day before we left.

Close to Hobart waterfront and short walk to Salamanca and Battery Point. Clean and comfortable fully self contained apartment. Would stay again.

Washing machine in bathroom

Needs total refurbishment. $329 for basic accommodation. Had to park on street. Television down lower than the bed, made it hard to watch.

Lovely & helpful staff in a great location which is walking distance to almost everything. Comfortable king bed and good amenities.

Not an actual “one bedroom apartment”, there is no door separating the bedroom from the kitchenette and lounge room.
