Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Tidy and nice room. Very reasonable rates and good location.

It is close to a nightclub that goes till the early hours of the morning. It's not overly loud and didn't bother me, but I guess it may be an issue for others.

Great location for party people, walking distance to clubs and bars. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Not much shower pressure but was okay

I was there for the party science,it was a 10/10 as all the best nightclubs are right next store,Shi Shi,Patato Head,Mexicola,sports club it’s right in the middle of all the famous places.It’s only like $1(Aus) for chicken and rice for street food(perfect).7/11 convience store is across the road.U can hire a scooter there,They have a open bar at Shi Shi 9pm-11pm $15-$25,Free cocktails,spirits,beers.All the rest range-$2.50 beer up to $10-$20 a cocktail.VIP is Expensive,They all have reserved tables ranging from $250+. This is the ultimate Party venue,restaurants next door u won’t get better for the price,everywhere else is expensive in that area as it’s prime party central.

No filtered water drinking systems,u only get to small bottles of water,so u need to go the shop and fill the fridge up,which is really annoying as u can not touch any of the Bali water out of the tap as u will get Bali belly. So I rate this place 8/10z

Very good value for money but very basic. We have stayed many times before for usually one night when arriving or departing. Have stayed in various different rooms each time. This one was the most basic. It is clean and conveniently located to great restaurants and shops.

The bathroom could definitely do with an update.

Great location, and the hotel is set in lovely gardens. Rooms fairly basic but comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't book breakfast but ate at the cafe in front of the hotel for a breakfast and a dinner and this was excellent, would highly recommend.

Sun loungers around pool in need of replacement.

superb location, clean (enough) rooms, nice staff. Can’t beat the price for the location. super central to all the things in Seminyak. yea they could get better lighting and could use a renovation but for the price, I would book again

The dirtiest hotel I have ever seen . 2-star hotel why 4star ??? All the towels were dirty. No soap. The toilet was so dirty that it was unusable.

The location was great- walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants. Since the hotel is in the back, it was really quiet. AC worked.

The towels, sheeds, pillows were dirty. We needed to let them change on the first day- it was disgusting. The bathroom smelled strenge and it wasn't clean, in additional one of the shelfs fall from the wall. Shower pressure was ridiculous. The room it self was odd, bed wasn't comfortable at all (for us). This hotel dosen't look like 4* at all.

The property is in a prime location in Seminyak with excelcafes, restaurants, and clubs at literally stone theow distance from the property.

The rooms are not properly lit in my opinion, as a result doesn’t feel much airy.
