Very friendly and welcoming staff. The food was also good.

The restaurant food was delicious but would be good if there would be more Indian food options without so much spice!

Breakfast was a bit chaotic and I had to change my room when I arrived as someone had been smoking in it.

All was good, excepting the dinner ordered for room service.

Spacious room. Lovely large shower and bathroom. Staff excellent. Only stayed overnight so only had breakfast which was superb. Airport taxi excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer

Close to airport. Dinning experience.

Room had dusty surfaces. Hallway carpet on my floor was very dusty. I ordered Hotel taxi to see India Gate, but the driver took us last there and it was limited time to spend there. Moreover, I did not request to shop. The driver took me to a shop „just to look“.

SPA and room was good standard

We asked for a twin room but none were provided. We paid for breakfast but we were 12 mins late and were not accommodated. no airport shuttle

When myself and my friend reached the hotel at 10pm in the night, hotel staff said that there was no booking in my name. They did not bother to check my booking through Bookings.com. They said that the booking may have been to a different Radisson Blu hotel.

The Hotel staff are not trained in checking reservations made through other websites especially the ones from outside India.

A wonderful selection of good food although didn’t have breakfast this time due to flight schedule .

Some staff have great difficulty communicating & comprehending English …understandably so due to language barriers …

This is not 5* hotel No special services included (like breakfast), clothes on pillow was damaged, the bath was not clean totally, water in room must be paid, nobody opens car door.

Clean, conveniently located, western style hotel. Personnel went out of their way to be of service despite the no tips policy.

I booked from booking com after reaching they denied my checkin check-out They add tons if taxes and surcharges on any item . Full time scammers

Very close to the airport. Perfect location for early flights. Breakfast has a large selection of Indian choices and western ones. I appreciate the fresh juices.

The breakfast is always very crowded and noisy.

I was charged for items I never ordered, I have requested itemised bill twice but it was never provided, I was misled by hotel management in regarding 1+1 offer which I have paid for during booking. Basically was told that all drinks in the main bar by pool are subject to 1+1 offer between 3-8pm, however I had to pay for all drinks. Very disappointing. My door lock was keeping rejecting key cards for few days, however management failed to fix issue. Swimming pool area was dirty - surfaces not cleaned.

The property was clean and the location is very convenient

The bar staff. I booked the hotel for my dad who was traveling and the booking said happy hours 3-8pm. When my dad went to the bar he was told that the happy hours are till 6 and when he questioned it he was given a sub standard drinks menu which is quite annoying considering the general reputation of the hotel. I have stayed here in the past and liked it that’s why I booked it for my dad but now I need to think about booking again. I hope the hotel responds to this
