Location and food is good

Rooms are very old and no value for the money...

Food is good. Even though it is a small spread compared to other hotels I have seen, quality of the food is very good and service was awsome

Beds could have been a little hard, little too much spring, this I personally did not like, otherwise everything else is good.

Noisy from from next room seemly they have party at nights I called front office to check but no one get back to me

I liked the courtesy extended by the staff, one and all, good spread at the breakfast, we dined at the italian restuarant - was a good experience, at first the room was assigned was at the extreme corner of the hotel wit a city view, didn't like it, got it changed to a pool view, though again at the extreme end of the building, still did have a better with the pool view. Overall was a pleasant experience during our 4 days stay

Nothing that I did not like

The location is fine. Staff are very hospitable and always smiling. Room is nice, bed is big and very comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant hours and long and convenient. They allowed me 1 hour early check-in.

I felt the food is a bit overpriced.

More than the size of the room, it was shape of it that was rather odd. But all else was pretty slick!

We stayed in room 335!!. The whole atmosphere of the hotel and their willingness to please was exceptional! They made us feel welcome and respected from the minute we arrived there. Breakfast was included on our booking and it was great, a huge range, again staff were so happy to please, nothing was too much to ask. Food from the restaurants and room service was a little too expensive but what could we do?? having said that the food was very very good though. All we can say is do yourself a favour and stay there, treat them well and you will be repaid tenfold!!

only the cost of the food was a little high but put up with it as no other alternative. The rest was 150% good!!

Kind Staff !!! When I went out by checkout, desk staff (Kanika) kindly helped me since i ve got splint on my right arm. She called lobby boy to carry my luggage and gave hopeful mentions with smile. Special choco was also awesome! I could leave with good memory :) Definitely I will visit again :)

I ordered a very expsnsive bottle of wine when i was entertaining a guest from singapore. In error i ordered the second most expensive bottle. this was my error in the Piazza italian eatery. In ireland the least expensive wine is listed first and the most expensive last. I asked for some help here is i cannot clain a 350 Euro bottle on expenses. i understand this was my error. I extended my stay by two days as opposed to going to gaurgon for work on the basis that Vikram a manager told me he will work a free night. i specifically told him i did not want food discount as i spent the evening being very ill. i taxied to Guargong for my meeting , came hack and the deal on offer was a 10% discount on food! this time i was told by the more senior manager a room was not possible to help with as previously comitted. I then left and went to a place in Guargon that would appreciate my business. I was lied to to keep me happy but when it came to actually doing anything there was no substance behind the facade of polite Indian hospitatility. really bad experience. there are plenty of other very nice hotels around that really mean it whrn they say good service. the manager would not even reply to whatsApp.

The worker in hotel are very polite and friendly. They try to helpful all time.

Like everything in India the women has a complicated situation and in the hotel is not different but the hotel service was good. In hotel there wan't shops for gifts. There is only a swimming pool and a lounge. The only thing that was bad is the over prices in this hotel. It' s too expensive.
