Only it’s location that near my work
The room was not clean, and the bed had a very bad smell. Contact was made with reception, but there was no response until the fifth call. On the second day, the room was not cleaned, and the beddings were not replaced despite complaints about the bad smell in the bedding.

Room cleaning staff didn’t give proper attention secondly we have booked the room with breakfast and it’s Ramadan and sehri menu is too short only two dishes

الفندق جميل من موظفين الى النظافه لكن سعره المعقول بين 250•300 درهم معا الضريبه هذي وجهة نظري
فقط السعر اذا تعدى 300 درهم باليله

Very decent place for even a family stay, away from hustle bustle and yet, avails of all that you need around you in terms of food, grocery, etc. The Metro is 10-15 mins walk, which makes it convenient too.

the accessibility of the property. the staff at the restaurant was very helpful
the facility was not clean, there were dead insects on the floor, the furnishings were poorly maintained, the carpets were soiled and not cleaned well. There were no iron box/ table in the room. no laundry bags. the food was just ok.

The positives are: Clean room, Free upgrade to suit, Good variety of American breakfast, Helpful staff, Room space. This is really a value for money asset.
Cost of Airport transfer is almost 3 times to the actual taxi fare from the nearby Dubai Airport. Mobile charging ports do not have universal charging points. We had to use our multi-pin adapter to charge our mobiles with different plug connector.
