Rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was good.

Booked because it was listed as disability access. It certainly was not. Unable to move around safely with walking aid in rooms due to winding hall and doors to bedroom. Shower was not accessible. Definitely would not be accessible by wheelchair. Steep stairs to pool deck made pool inaccessible.Should not be listed as disability accessible as it certainly is not. 3 nights of not being able to shower or use facilities while relying on family to help move from room to room is not what is expected from a property listed as disability accessible.

Easy location to the city centre and its activities

The glass balcony was filthy covered in smudges and sea salt crust . The laundry Floor waste floods when using the washing machine. The rust was coming through the window sill in the double bedroom. The room was advertised as an ocean view apartment with the only ocean view is from outside on a balcony. 6 large windows with no ocean views unless your on the veranda

the aparttment exceeded expectations and the beds were recently replaced. parking needed smoe care because the gate was too low for openind the rear door on my suv.

customer service, well presented, roomy, clean. I made a mistake with my original booking and they were very accommidating and responsive in their assistance. we will look to stay here again when next in town.

we booked a city view appartment in the the booking photos we had a balcony and we were given a ground floor unit with a overflow car park straight out side the bedroom sliding door no privacy and poor lift access to the basement
