the reception staff doesn’t speak English, was difficult to talk to them. the waitress and bartenders were nice and they speak well English

Big resort which seemed to be mostly booked by Russian All incl. travelers. Garden Villa was nice, a bit away from the main area which was good, because it can get noisy. Staff very nice and helpful! It doesn’t have a beach per se, but you can simply walk for 5 minutes and find the endless whitesand beach. Very good breakfast.

They are blasting electronic music from 10.00 AM till the evening even though the bar is mostly empty. Also they start their “breakfast music” early in morning in every part of the resort. if you sleep with windows closed its fine but otherwise it wakes you up instead of the birds.

The bungalows were lovely and quiet, clean and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and always friendly. Nice restaurant. Water was complimentary every day and you could have as much coffee and juice as you wanted with breakfast. The pool was deserted and refreshing. The balcony was quiet and peaceful at all hours. The fitness studio had a great location and more equipment than most. Bathrobes and clean towels every day. The Grandview has the potential to be excellent.

Rooms desperately need more power points for all the devices we have these days: I had two! And both of them were loose. The pool area could have been visited by staff occasionally, and swept of leaves etc. Sun loungers but no tables.

I would have liked a lot more if they had a sandy beach - u had to walk down concrete steps to the water. mattress was nice and soft pillows and the a/c didn’t blow in your face when sleeping like so many Thai hotels

It's my favourite place to stay on Koh Chang. The staff are great. It's a lovely place very peaceful. The staff are very helpful and helped me hire a car which came on time and was in good condition. I really enjoyed my stay.

I really hope the restaurant they are building is ready when I take my next trip. It looks good. Its taken a long time to build.

Nice being right on the beach with just a natural strip of grass and trees separating our room from the sea.

Undergoing massive renovations... right in front of our room! Builders started work early most mornings. We wouldn't have booked had we known. Nice beach, easy to access but it disappears at high tide.

Beautiful location and so peaceful. Very helpful staff and they even arranged my car hire. The room was beautiful and I loved the big bath tub! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I came at the wrong time as they were re-building the restaurant. This is nobody's fault It will soon be an even better place to stay. I will book again soon

It's about 200 meters south of the beach. The hotel staff was accommodating in our request to change rooms. The workout room was nice as it overlooked the ocean.

Didn't like the smell of the first room upon arrival. It smelled like mold. Wasn't happy to see that there was no restaurant, tables out, or even microwaves for heating food.

Overall good, plenty of space, but there were some mosquitoes in the room and the pool water was not very clean, there's no beach, bath towels not replaced in time

There was no direct way into the sea. You have to walk a little bit to get to the sand beach

Lack of restaurant on site. guests receive a discount from the adjacent restaurant but prices are pretty high. Dodgy carpentry/joinery as external door wasn’t fitted correctly so large gaps visible allowing insects to enter room. Also, the AC unit was leaking pretty bad. This property could do with some TLC & maintenance to justify its relatively high price.

Loved the location and the pool, quick walk to everything you need. Also the bed was so comfortable, not too hard! Check in and out was easy, staff very helpful.

Shower pressure was a bit low.
