Hôtel haut de gamme, tout était bien, rien à redire ! Délicieux et copieux buffet pour le petit déjeuner.
Etant arrivé en pleine nuit, fatigué, difficile de m'y retrouver avec tout le système électronique de la chambre : comment éteindre cet écran qui se rallume sans cesse, comment fermer les rideaux... Heureusement qu'il était possible d'appeler ! Personnel compétent et serviable ;-)

The mention of our stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai Airport would not be complete without saying the experience of being in Chennai during a full fledged cyclone! Yes! When we arrived in Chennai, little did we know that a storm had already brewed and was going to bring the city of Chennai to a standstill.
However, we felt secure in this hotel. It was safe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all good despite the fact that many of their homes may have been affected. They all worked with a core number of people, while their colleagues could not report for work.
It was sad to see some of them overworked, yet being able to put up a smile as always.
Many of their restaurants were also closed due to limited supply. However, their main restaurant was still open and they did manage to cater to all the guests.
We rotated our schedule between the buffet, the gym and the spa, for about two days while waiting for the weather to settle. The Bodhi Spa is one of a kind! It was functioning, but for shorter hours during this difficult period. The gym is a great, I must say. Very well equipped.
Well done Radisson! I’ll be back!

This hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located extremely conveniently to the airport and our meeting locations. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel.

Breakfast, location, pool, room, and service is incredible. All the staff wants to take care of your requests and please you. They gave me an extended stay for 4 hours, for free, even though the hotel was fully booked. I am speechless.

Location, breakfast, people.
Room air flow of the air conditioning is inadequate. The sheets on bed get damp. There was also mosquito in my room that caused discomfort first night.

Lack of Asian food varieties. Could add some Korean, Indonesian or Japanese food to the menu. Or maybe provide them on a chargeable basis if not in a buffet.

check in, stay, room service and housekeeping was great and commendable but while checking out it was uncomfortable, the front office officers should be well trained with mannerisms and ethics otherwise they may tarnish the reputation of the hotel

the property was clean and beautiful
I had a very short stay. check in at 12 and check out at 2am for a flight so I just needed to relax in between from a long car journey. when I arrived it was notably friendly but I was put in a room opposite. a noisy lift. I asked for a change and was told …only in the evening. it was such s short stay I didn’t feel like unpacking and repacking. There were lots of noises outside the lift so I asked again more forcefully and I was moved. i went to the spa and for a fairly hefty price I was given a mediocre manicure and pedicure. definitely I can get better and cheaper in UK which has never been the case in all the 23 years spent in India. I ordered from a very expensive in room food menu and took a veg combo which was the least expensive option. It tasted wonderful but was more than enough for two so ended up sending three quarters of it back. the person who brought the food was very sweet and kept me talking for about ten minutes about the service then I had a shower. The drain was blocked and water cascaded all over the floor, soaking my clothes and the towels and poured into the room. Covered in soap I called the front desk who sent an engineer. he fixed the problem and then I asked for housekeeping to come and he cleaned the room. This all took about an hour and then I finished my shower. 15 minutes later I was called and asked if I wanted a complimentary bedtime drink which I accepted and another waiter brought it and again kept me talking for around ten minutes. When he left the doorbell rang and it was the engineer who had come back to see if the drain was working. by that time I was exhausted and felt as if I had spent the whole time fixing problems and discussing whether I enjoyed the service and how I would rate it instead of just relaxing which is what I needed. I can’t really complain because the people were so nice but it just wasn’t the restful interlude I had paid for.

Excellent rooms, excellent service, excellent food. The breakfast spread was just out of this world
The so called smart rooms were the biggest pain during our stay! The lights would just randomly turn on in the middle of the night. The AC controls were so hard to manage and the AC never really worked till the end (it was 40 deg outside).
Just give me simple switches and remote controls and I'll be happy. The smart rooms weren't very smart and were a big inconvenience during our stay.
