good breakfast and dinner

hotel staff was good . specially mr enzammul was helpful & proactive .

our room was not ready when we arrived at 2am like there was no iron , hair dryer and room slippers . so disappointed about twin bed ,which was completely discomfort & it move around .

Infinity Pool was so great

- Friendly and professional staff - Accomodated request for higher floor and quiet room - Good restaurant on site but limited menu options (many items on the menu was not available) - Good size room. Accessible Balcony. - Good bathroom with seperate bathtub and shower. - Late night room service and food options.

- Housekeeping did not clean the rooms properly. Despite pointing out the obvious issues, came back to find the balcony not cleaned. The bathroom had some hairball in a corner which I noticed the day I checked in. Took them 3 days to remove it despite several reminders. - The hotel had some renovation going on where drilling in the hallways took place from morning till noon. This was quite disturbing. - The hot water is not hot enough. Not sure if there was a heater switch or because it was late at night. - Porter was not available to help me carry the luggage. Moreover no one took the effort to explain the room amenities and location of the utensils etc. - The bedroom TV remote was missing from day 1. Despite several reminders to the housekeeping and maintainance team, it was never replaced making the TV inaccessible. The whole stay had no access to the bedroom TV. - The location is good if you are visiting around the area. Traffic can be horrendous and the intersection is closed in front of the hotel. What is a quick walk across the zebra can take 30-45 mins by car to U turn.

All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Especially Injamamul he was so helpful to us. The hotel is just like home, everything you need is there. Beautiful apartment. I enjoyed my stay. There's a mall close by and some outlet stores.

Housekeeping is terrible, the don't know how to clean rooms. They don't clean the showers, they don't sweep well.I'm afraid if they are not trained ASAP, the standard of the hotel will drop in a year. The breakfast is always Indian food. No variety, for hotel with foreigners, we didn't see any intercontinental dish. It's a bit far from the city

Room is neat and spacious

Floor are very unclean and sticky .. Requested to a single bed but was put in a room were two beds were attached .

ambience is good. atmosphere is good. food from the restaurant is good. apart from the new year restrictions, it would have been a best stay.

additional restrictions due to new year was not notified. bar restricted due to new year events is unexpected. should have notified earlier. swimming pool access was restricted from 6:00pm onwards in 31/12/2022 which is unexpected. customer should have notified earlier.
