reception staff refused to put my ice bar in the freezer one day before check out in order to carry my medicine during my trip to Paris. My medicine is life saving

The acoustic insulation of the pumps in is so bad that you can hear almost every guest peeing. Not to speak of the people taking a shower at 2 o'clock at night or flushing the toilet. The view from room 704 is non-existent The personnel in the hotel (especially in the breakfast room and bar) are wearing blotted suits At check-in the personnel tried to debit the already pre-paid hotel rate to my credit card

Everything is perfect. Staffs are kind, room is gorgeous, spacious and clean, location is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I will stay here again when I come back to Frankfurt.
