The view was amazing, the room was perfect, service excellent and having access to Lillianfells the sister hotel over the road made it even better with access to their lounge restaurant

Dinner menu was the same every night but having access to Lillianfells compensated Breakfast though was really lovely

the restaurant is high quality and expensive which is fine. however I found that couples with small babies in the restaurant was just wrong when my wife and I were looking for a quiet exclusive experience. we would never take small babies or children to a quality resort hotel like echoes we chose the hotel because it was smaller more exclusive and boutique like. I highly recommend a no children and babies policy. leave this to Lilianfels or some other larger property.

The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast choices are freshly made for you ranging from eggs benedict to pancakes or a huge fruit salad! Our view of the mountains was awesome, although next time I would ask for rooms overlooking the gardens, which are incredible!

We loved the views from our room and the restaurant. The hotel was easily accessible by car and close to all the main attractions. Both of our meals were delicious and the staff (particularly Sabina) were fantastic.

Rooms could do with a bit of modernisation - but overall really good
