room size, beds were really uncomfortable, too expensive for such a small room.

Gostei. O aquecimento não era suficiente. Fazia frio no quarto próximo à janela.

Sem uma boa janela. A janela dava para os outros prédios. Só dava para ver a rua se um pedacinho da janela.

Zoals altijd een genot om in dit hotel te verblijven. Kamer was ruim en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Ontbijt was uitstekend.

Vanwege drukte was de kamer pas om 15.30 uur vrij. Koffers konden evenwel in het hotel worden gelaten. Bij het uitchecken lange rij wachtenden, vanwege uitval van het in- en uitchecksysteem.

We loved the large size of the room, the view, the expansive outdoor space, and the convenient location. The views from the room were absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning, and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.

Was next to the main station and centrally to all locations

I arrived at the Zurich Central Station at 11 pm, the hotel signboard were not working which was a bit inconvenient to locate the building.

Prachtig hotel, ideaal parkeren, hele gave rooftopbar met geweldig uitzicht over Amsterdam, Locatie is fantastisch en bij een kamer met panoramisch uitzicht over Amsterdam heb je wel heel gaaf uitzicht vanaf je kamer. Schone kamer met hele fijne bedden.

Wij verbleven van zaterdag op zondag in het Hilton op de 10e verdieping. Wij kwamen terug van een etentje, wilden gaan slapen rond twaalf uur maar toen was er nog behoorlijk veel lawaai van de bar boven ons. Je kon letterlijk mensen heen en weer horen lopen, dames op hakken, muziek, pratende mensen. De bar bleek tot 3 uur open te zijn op zaterdagnacht. Tot die tijd geen oog dicht gedaan. We waren er ook niet echt op ingesteld om nog een nacht te gaan stappen want we hadden die nacht ervoor al doorgehaald. anders waren we zelf wel in de bar gaan zitten. Volgende dag te brak en moe om nog wat te ondernemen. Aangegeven bij het uitchecken: dan hoor je doodleuk dat hier al vaker over geklaagd is. Waarom wordt er dan niets mee gedaan? Informeer mensen op zijn minst, wij hadden dan een andere kamer genomen. Een kleine compensatie was ook leuk geweest. We hadden bij aankomst ‘s middags wat gedronken in de bar en zijn ‘s nachts maar wat van de roomservice gaan bestellen omdat we niet konden slapen. Het was leuk geweest als ze wat van de eindafrekening hadden afgehaald, al was het maar een drankje, maar nee. Het gaf ons het gevoel dat je als gast maar een nummer bent en klachten niet serieus worden genomen. Ontbijt vonden wij mwah gezien de prijs. Ontbijt bij vd Valk is veel beter.

Yastıkları çok kötü, böyle bir otele yakışmıyor. Klima bir türlü istenen sıcak ayarda üfleme yapmıyor. Oda soğuktu.

Room spacious, kept very clean, ‘mobility room’ properly equipped with emergency cords. Knowledgeable and helpful concierges. Very handy for tram stops at Centraal.

Door to ‘mobility room’ heavy: if alone in wheelchair, you have to move fast to avoid it closing on the rear of it. Hard to open from inside for same reason. Luminaire lift music early in morning :-(

Excelent location, just steps from Amsterdam Central. Modern building with all you can expect from a big hotel. Definitivelly I will bookit again

My room was on the 9th floor, just below The rooftop bar, and it was noisy during the late nights

This hotel needs updating bad. My safe did not work and carpet was very nasty through out the hotel and room..

Odada terlik yoktu. İlk gittiğimizde daha önceden ödememe rağmen tekrar vergi ödememi istediler. İtiraz ettim. Odaya yemek söyledim, restorandan kendim taşıdım odaya kadar.

Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en uitermate professioneel. kamer was zeer proper en een relatief mooi uitzicht, zeker voor de prijs die betaald werd voor deze kamer. Locatie van het hotel was ideaal voor het verblijf en de bezoeken die we gepland hadden.

Stille kamer. Je hoort heel weinig.

Kamers en gangen mogen opgefrist worden. 2 nachten verbleven en kamer werd niet gedaan. In de gangen blijven de plateaus met drank en eten lang staan zonder afgeruimd te worden.

Voor een suite die zoveel geld moet kosten en waar niet eens een kussen op een aftandse zetel ligt, waar geen flesje water te vinden is, een badkamer met maar 1 wastafel, en een armtierig douche kotje waar er amper water uitkomt

The shower and toilet was smelly

Loved the warmth exuded by all the staff at the hotel: from the reception, to housekeeping, concierge, to all the servers at the restaurant during breakfast. Special mention to the staff at reception (including the interns) for being so kind to offer us more than one cookie and water. Leanne was so amazing and warm during our check in process. The location and breakfast spread (highly recommended) were fantastic too, but it was the generosity and hospitality of the staff that really stood out to us. Will definitely recommend this further and come back to Doubletree Hilton again when I'm back in Amsterdam.

Perhaps would be prudent to explain to the guests the breakdown of the charges (regardless whether paying by cash or card) & if there was anything to note on the checkout day. There was a small hiccup where we had to come back to pick up our cash deposit after check out (we weren't aware there was a deposit included in the amount paid). But it was a small issue and there wasn't any inconvenience caused. :) The staff were very apologetic.

I liked the room and location of the hotel. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast Spread was also good.

I arrived at the hotel a day later, as my train was cancelled. I called the hotel to inform the same, they told me you are late in updating this and the this booking is cancelled. I was upset, as I have paid entire amount of the booking in advance. I reached the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk and they accommodated me in my room.

The staff very friendly especially Jerome and Stella. I would give them 10/10 for their exceptional attention. Jerome showed me what to do and where to go and how to use the public transport. My 3 year old daughter love Stella as she is very friendly. Cheers to both of them.

The room is a bit outdated for 4 star hotel but I think they are having some renovations so hopefully will be a bit modern.

Great stay and in the perfect location. Check in was smooth. No issues at all!

Having been there in the past I like the location, staff and facilities.

This time things did not work as expected. Air conditioning in the room was not working and only after insisting several times and having the technician coming to the room, to test, I was able to change room, hours after check-in. Felt like the staff didn’t trust the information I was providing and was trying to avoid fixing the problem or changing rooms. Long wait at the restaurant as well to get a simple burger for the kids and a Caesar salad.
