the place was excellent. the bar needs to add more drinks and brands. the breakfast was great. the staff was welcoming.

except for one old man part of the staff at breakfast tell him to fix his attitude towards people he's a nasty old man just forgot his name but i think he was the only old person during breakfast.

Convenient location

Room was very small. Bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was a typical 3 star spread and nowhere near the levels I expected arfer reading the reviews. Didnt even bother with breakfast after the first day

The bed was comfortable and the shower adequate

There was no bar fridge and the air conditioner blew hot air. I had to call for the technician who eventually fixed this problem in the morning. This resulted in my requesting assistance for medication of which none was available @ 3.00 am. I had to request a security officer from the hotel to accompany me to a service station to purchase panado.

It’s an excellent location . Just cross the road and you in Sandton city mall . Reasonably priced and good value for money

Can’t fault them

Breakfast was wonderful. I loved the pork sausages. Location was perfect. I wen to the convention center every day and the location was just right. Room was very clean. The aircon seems old and did not work. The carpets are old and worn out.

The complimentary water is not delivered to the room and has to be picked up from reception. This was not communicated during check-in and I had to call reception to ask if there was o complimentary water. The water should be handed when customers check in. There should also be information in the room on how to access the Wi-Fi, instead having to call reception to find out

Amazing Breakfast, from 6:00 to 10:30 as it should be. Good Parking. Amazing Location, you can go on foot to Mandela Square and Sandton City Shopping Malls. 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in the country, Cinemas and all types of Stores. Good parking for the car. 24/7 Gym. Restaurant and Bar on location.

Rooms could have a bit more space, but they are acceptable.

Check in was quick and all staff very pleasant. Breakfast was superb as well as the hotel restaurant. No complaints.

The bedroom doors bang shut. They need to be adjusted so there is no disturbance on the floors.

rooms are dated - smelled of smoke and a stale smell shower water pressure poor we had to buy drinking water - no water provided room doors didn’t close properly- needed to be slammed and then latched breakfast - insufficient variety for spectrum of dietary requirements- no kosher, no dairy free options, no alternative to chicken and pork, chef at egg station- fried eggs were burnt and omelette was under cooked- had to send it back
