Upon checkin the bed was not done at all, hence we informed the room service, they moved us to another room. This room was better but it seems that hotel needs a make over

The staff both reception and room service needs proper training especially when answering phone calls, simple things like:"hello, you are talking to.... how may I assist you?" Seem to be challenging They literally answered the phone by simply saying "ja" or "yes" Then expect you to proceed with the phone call as normal. The plugs in the rooms weren't all working The security door on the 8th floor wasn't working at all.
