No windows. Lack of ceramic cups. Fridge is too small to put anything.

Superb location, friendly counter staff and the room service is awesome.

We are a family of 3, therefore we opt for family room which is no view and stuffy initially due to no air-conditioned. We feedback to the counter staff, they immediately arrange a fan for us. Thank you so much

Only location. Nothing else. I’m not sure why your hotel deserves such good reviews.

The rooms are small, the tv is like iPad Pro size, the carpet feels dirty. The beds are hard, the blanket very thin, There’s no warmer so u have to use your creativity to adjust the window for very small air to come in if outside is 0degree or colder. During winter, the hotel decided to shut down the aircon system of the entire building but failed to know the some of their rooms have windows that are sealed from outside. That leaves the room with no air circulation and stuffy though outside is 3-6degree. The counter staff even tried to offer us a standing fan which is absurd! We paid a premium to get a pleasant stay, not to accommodate the hotel’s shortcoming. They even told us no more rooms available and tried to persuade us to stay in that stuffy room for 1 night🤦‍♂️we insisted for a room change and will not accept any room with no air circulation and suddenly after checking with the manager, the rooms decided to be available. Comparing to the another hotel 7 mins walk away which I stayed for 3 nights with price 30% cheaper but the stay was fabulous! They shut down the entire building aircon too, but the windows can be open and they have warmers to regulate the temperature in the room.

Near the subway station and have washing machine to do the laundry.

The pillows are too soft and bed mattresses not comfortable. The aircon heater not working properly in level 2 rooms we stayed. It was quite cold in the bedroom and in the toilet.

韓国でも、最近は歯ブラシセットはあるところが多いのですが、なかったなぁ。ロビーに販売があったが、それはおいて欲しい。

The hotel location is fantastic. Location near Myeongdong and very convenient to go around. The room is clean, however we were not please with the plastic drinking cup and drinking packets provided in the room. Hope this can be improved

Hope to improve the room facilites (e.g. drinking cup, coffee packet - should given better quality coffee packets). Room is a bit small for 2 person stay.

窓がすごく汚れていた（お天気が悪いのかと思ったら窓が汚れているだけだった w）

朝食が良かった。空港バスの停留所のすぐ近くが良かった。スタッフが日本語ができる。 変換プラグが無くても、携帯の充電やヘアアイロンが使えた。バスタブがあって良かった。 ウォッシュレット付きトイレが良かった。

ロケーションが良いことが決めてだったのに部屋から外が見えなかった。部屋が暗かった。 ベットが狭かった。

Good location just infront of subway station.

Room lightings is too dim. The room is too cold as aircon is switch off and no heater. Nevertheless the room is clean.

it’s close proximity to different transportation option to go any where. cab, train, bus. convenience to a-lot of eateries, stores, money exchanges.

other than the front stairs. (a lot of walking during most of the day. so finally being able to get back to the hotel and thinking you’re done. only to be heartbroken by the small steps leading up to the main entrance. my legs were hurting walking up those 7-8steps)

It is located at the edge of Myeongdong shopping district so shopping and food are readily available.

The hotel is conveniently located on top of the Myeongdong subway which makes going around town very handy and next to a bunch of convenience store and restaurants. It is also next to the limousine airport shuttle that runs almost 24h so you don't need to worry about airport transport. Each morning between 7 and 9am they were giving away take away breakfast with some milk, apple juice, an egg, a tangerine, and a couple of cookies. I am not a big breakfast person so it worked for me. Reception is available 24/7 and in the basement there is a self-laundry service with free chocolate and water and 2 pc with internet browsing.

Compared to the other hotels I stayed in Seoul this was a bit disappointing. The room was poorly insulated (I could hear the neighbour's phone vibrating waking me up at night and thinking was mine!), small and with a tiny window, the bed was old and made of two single beds tied together with springs digging into my back which is of course not the best. The A/C system was not working so I could not warm up unless I took a shower or putting myself to bed under the covers. There was not much space to hang around, the TV was old as well as the bathroom with a decrepit electric toilet, furniture and decor felt worn out and unpleasant to the eye. Toiletries were basic. I mean all in all it wasn't a disaster and all these notes of mine are minor but I stayed in the G2 Hotel in the same area with a price difference of about 300 won in the same month and I had almost a presidential suite with lavish amenities and a well-heated room which in February is a must.

No window , actually a fake window with no ventilation for the princess rm. Walls are partition, others rms talking can be hear . Although comes with take away free breakfast, with packets milk n apple juice, 3 plain small donuts n cake ,and some cold eggs, just took for 2 days, and rest of days dun even bother to collect

location: very strategic. staircase to subway just in front of the hotel. can walk alone to myeongdong street (so near & feel safe). bathroom: got bath tub. my kids really love it. cleanliness: superb. we're really enjoyed the stay at skypark myeongdong 3 hotel
