The room was clean and the hotel staff members were all very helpful. They have organised a room with a view of Mt Fuji for me.

A short walk from the station but it was fine as it was connected from a shopping centre in the station to the hotel. Also it was all flat.

Before going to the hotel find out where to park and how to reach the lobby after parking - apart from this everything else was so nice

The high floor rooms had a good view of Hamamatsu. The breakfast was exceptional.

The room was small (Premium Comfort Floor? No evidence of this) and tired: scuffed furniture and wallpaper. Antique television. For the premium price I would expect much better. The Japanese restaurant served pleasant food but the room had the charm and atmosphere of of an overlit school cafeteria. The insistence on a bulky perspex screen between two people who were sharing a bedroom was ludicrous and uncomfortable. The waitress’s assertion that it was to protect other diners (one other table 10 metres away and no screen between us and them) was silly and insulting.

Room and amenities are great. Breakfast was good too. Front desk staff sanitized the counter including writing pad and pen between 2 customers. Very thoughtful in pandemic times.

Specials menu for room service was only in Japanese..not foreigner-friendly (as opposed to all other signs and instructions available in both Japanese and English

Great location, a nice, comfortable room with a beautiful view of sunset over the city of Hamamatsu.

It took some time for Wi-Fi to get started esp. in the morning.
