Very clean, modern studio room with a large comfy bed. Very quiet considering the location right on Riccarton road and handy to the uni. And no street lights shining in the room at night time which is a bonus. We booked it at the last minute but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Loved the location, easy to find. The room and bed were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Bathroom window made me a little uncomfortable as it is in a highly visible area. Although window is frosted you would still be able to see outlines etc.

Great location, beds are comfort and the shower has great pressure. The owners are really great and friendly, they keep the rooms clean and updated. I’m in Christchurch at least once a month for work and I always stay here.

Very clean, comfortable rooms, warm and cozy. Staff were responsive to our enquiry with speedy replies.

I’ve stayed here twice now and I’ve found the rooms clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with what you would need to cook and all staff I’ve spoken to have been polite. It’s also in a very convenient location for the Riccarton area as it is between Riccarton mall, Bush Inn and the university.
