The staff was very welcoming, comfortable bed, housekeeping every mornings. Breakfast was good. Definitely coming back.

Was a bit difficult leaving property as the sensor line to open gate doesnt pick up when you come from the reception side.

The hotel is value for money, particularly when you factor location close to the airport.
The generator is off in the evenings. When we slept there, there was load shedding in the evening so the whole hotel was dark.

The manager is friendly and welcomed us with warm hands. She made our stay felt like home away from home.
Trap door to the pipes that fell at the corridor...it was not safe for guests .

The served the same breakfast for the whole stay. No changes so it was bit boring

It was my second time going there , I Like how homely their rooms are , it gives that home away from home feeling. Their Staff is also friendly and approachable which is a bonus . I arrived very late and missed their check in time . Because of concern they kept calling to check if I was still alright.
That this time I didn’t get a remote key for the main gate , so every time we had to get inside the premises we had to first call .

The place is safe and private I think I will go there again when I'm in PE
Cleaning time was a bit late, I expected that when you stay for more than 1 day they must clean your room while you are having breakfast so that when you come back your place is perfect to relax.

Central location, secure parking.
Mattress and linen was worn out, thankfully brought our own pillows. Tv remote was filthy and broken. Carpets in room felt dirty. Unpleasant experience, skipped the shower and just wanted to leave. Won't be back. Place felt neglected and poorly managed.

the place was amazing, it's safe and secure, the surrounding area is clean and easy to find, and the rooms are neat. the staff is supper friendly. Finally the pool area is well kept and the pool was clean

Broken side pool chairs,shower drain very slow, you end up with a pool of water around ur feet in the shower. Drive-way too narrow,making it easy to collide with opposite traffic,
