Everything was just perfect

The owner of the property called to say they had some problems and we couldn’t stay there. He booked us into another motel and then messaged later to say they had double booked. He then booked us into another motel which was which was $50 cheaper but we were charged the original price. I contacted booking.com who said I needed a receipt. I contacted the motel where we stayed and they said they hadn’t received the details from The Palms Dubbo. I have rang and messaged them and they still haven’t done anything about it. They said this was the price set by booking.com.

We were told - after phoning to make sure - we would have a family suite with 2 bedrooms in it...but we ended up with 2 family rooms - double the cost. My room was near a main road and very noisy and the furnishings are tired.
