Right in front of the beach with amazing sunset! Decent Japanese restaurant, and seating area at the bar with stools facing the beach and charging port if you want to charge your phone or work whilst enjoying the sea view! Relaxing vibes with very helpful and friendly staff. Far enough away from the chaos of station 2 (the walk to the entrance of D-mall is 15mins if you walk very fast like me, or a leisurely 30mins. Surfside is strategically located with nearby restaurants/bars and convenient stores. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Wi-Fi was hit and miss, and constantly logs you off so was rather frustrating. But when it works, it’s okay.

The place is so nice and quiet, very relaxing. We stayed in junior suite room with ocean view, every penny is worth it, it’s really huge room. I stayed with my mother and grandma. Staff are all friendly and every request will be accomodated. Room is really clean and housekeeping is available daily upon request. They will change the towels eveyday also. They have e-kettle and mugs, also mini fridge, minibar is availble but you have to pay for every items you’ll get. They have a restaurant below the accomodation and there’s alot of choices, the price is good also and not to expensive, resto view is the beautiful beach. Tney have security guard at night so it’s safe. And best one is when you go out from the building is the view.

The location is pretty far from station 1&2, so prepare for a walking marathon but with the view outside you wouldn’t mind it, but for older people it can get so tiring. The bedside extensions were not working so I asked them to fixed it, they attended my request but it was an issue from the main breaker they just gave me a different extension. Other than this there were no major problem and they are all so attentive.

Unfortunately, after 8 sleepless nights and not wow experience in a luxury hotel, our Boracay experience worsen by the New Year's Day flight cancellations. However, this turns out to be our lucky day to change our experience at Boracay to a great, easy, comfy and chillax experience thanks to Surfside Boracay Resort. They really made our day in just 2 nights stay. We managed to sleep deep, enjoyed a clean, not cold and not damp room with tens of international TV channels, fast internet, a safe, closet, cool balcony and comfy beds with option of aircon or simple fan, had hot showers as well as toilet with faucet. The hotel Japanese Restaurant was of great money value with tasty, authentic and hot breakfast and dinner meals, where we enjoyed watching sunsets while having nice drinks. We ended our great experience at the hotel trying their infamous Japanese Spa (fyi - they offer 50% for their in-house guests) with hot stone massage. Chillax and swimming from their not crowded beach was simply perfect!! Hopefully if we have another visit to Boracay, we will make sure to stay there again and try their diving centre as well. Arigatou Gozaimasu for the always present, attentive, active and greeting owner and to all the friendly and warm hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping, spa and restaurant!!
