Staff was super friendly, room was very clean and location was very convenient.

We asked for two queen beds but only got 1 queen bed and two singles in the other room. There was not enough milk for 4 people and the pool area was not very inviting.

We were overcharged for parking on check in, had to wait for refund with security deposit. Couldn't view foxtel, staff didn't know how to fix TV. Stereo didn't work. We had 6 guests and were given 6 individual milks and had to request more, the staff was only going to give me 4, when l stated we had 6 guests she gave me a further 2 milks. The milk is that small, you honestly need 3 per cup.
