On site parking (at a fee), taxi right outside, buffet breakfast good, staff pleasant/professional, nice size rooms and location great for airport or Town centre. Must add bed really comfortable.

Shower tray was disgusting and needed a deep clean. No free water in room (pet hate of mine) Told room service not available, however during stay it was clear this was because priority was given to the guests who are being housed for migration purposes, witnessed trays of discarded food and rubbish in corridors, sounds of children running about and some breakfast guests turned up in night clothing. Prob look for alternative hotel in future.

The site is very near Luton Airway, just few mins walk. The staff were friendly also.

The rooms was good apart from the TV which didn't have hardly any channels

Rubbish lifting hallway what left a horrible smell stuff or more interested in talking to friends on phone and helping you (night staff) got charged for car park and I didn't have a car also soft drinks are expensive £8 for 3 small cans that cost no more than £1 each from a shop

It is furnished to a very high standard. Breakfast buffet had a great choice of options. Staff were very attentive

For breakfast great pastry and comfortable dining area. The room was cosy, especially I liked the fresh clean shower. Airport is nearby.

Great for short stay close to the airport, my personal favorited at that area.

Twice we were sent to rooms that were already occupied

Breakfast included in the price, with a fantastic choice.. Spacious room, modern bathroom.

Very limited menu for a hotel. not much to choose from Breakfast not served until 6 when many flights leave at that time, we left the hotel at 4.30am

Great location, shuttle to and from airport right next door. DART next door for easy access to London city centre. Close to a bus station which we used for access to Silverstone Circuit on race day - would stay here again! Staff very helpful and pleasant! Overall comfortable stay.

The rooms showed some wear and tear, old leak dips visible on room wall. Windowsill very dusty.

Good position. Staff were good to me but they were treated badly by some customers. Breakfast was good .
