the very steep Victorian turning staircase to get upstairs where the beds are, the only bathroom; it’s an ok flat for 2 pp but definitely not for 4 as advertised. weirdly high surfaces in kitchen and bathroom. as if guests are expected to be 2m + lovemaking noise from flat upstairs; you could hear them bonking for 30min +.

the situation is perfect for the visit, large terrasse to see the Cathedral and all other places. the staff is very professional and the appartement is clean and confortable. Very nice memory and stay

The location was amazing, with easy access to the city and everything a short walk away! The addition of the terrace was amazing and it got the sun almost all day.

Overall the apartment was great. The only things we found disappointing were the comfort of the bed and water pressure in the shower.

The location is fantastic… perfect for an amazing outlook and views, for cafés and restaurants, for exploring the locality and the wider city, for sightseeing of many historical sites!

The bathroom could do with a little updating and refreshing but still quite acceptable.

The apartment is in an fantastic location. Amazing view of the Giralda and Catedral, plenty of places to eat and drink on the doorstep, very central for sightseeing. Apartment was generally well equipped and having the terrace was a real bonus.

You are warned about the spiral staircase so as long as you are prepared for this it is fine (silly, but I found it helpful to count the number of treads coming down). All the worktops and sinks are at a strangely high position so be aware of this if you are not so tall.

I have stayed at these apartments before, and I booked again because I was so impressed the first time. The apartments are immaculate, very clean with everything you will need, and the view will take your breath away. It's about as central as you can get and easy to get to from the airport. The hosts were brilliant at responding to messages quickly before we arrived and arranged airport transfers for us which was really easy. The hosts met us at the apartment (very kindly as we were so late due to a flight delay). They were incredibly kind and helpful, and I would most definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect. It was nice and peaceful. You have your privacy. Overall the room was very good, however there're a few buts and recommendations.

Number 1 is the bed. There has to be a double bed. The living area needs a coffee table. TV is good but useless, as there's nothing to watch for a foreigner. The cheapest sat TV bundle would do. No internet connection upstairs, nothing. Rugs need a good cleaning. Finally the additional EUR 30 for the late check-in is a big no. Guests don't care if the receptionist is working till 5 or 8. I can't choose the flight time.

The spiral staircase was narrow which made it tricky to carry drinks and food to the terrace.

superb location with fantastic views. very comfortable. a minor point is the very narrow spiral staircase. the owner does make it clear this might limit some people. apart from this everything about the apartment was superb.

a light switch at the top and bottom of staircase would be a good idea.

the way they advertised the property all pictures were combine in one. it seems like there are several apartments in one building and all pictures were showing in one rental attempt which I thought had a big unit didn’t like bedrooms and bath was upstairs. no bathroom downstairs we’re living room and convertible sofa was

this property is located right by the cathedral. It is close to many places to eat and drink. It is also a very safe area. As a solo traveler I would recommend it.

The property is excellent. However, the only thing I could see is when I arrived the cleaning utensils were at the balcony which I had to move. I believe that cleaning utensil should be put away so as not to disturb the beautiful view of this unit.

The location is stunning, literally looking directly at the giralda and cathedral. The apartment is big with all the amenities you could need. Walking distance to everything of interest and many bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Location is exceptional, central, right beside Cathedral with fantastic views and a great private balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff/management - immediately fixed a small issue we had. would recommend toothers.

Very steep internal spiral staircase was not a problem for us but would be for anyone with restricted mobility/elderly. Kitchen counter height and 'space' is small and awkward, and more glasses would have been helpful (just about enough for 2 people, one was cracked)

Agent met us at the property. He contacted us to find out what time we will be there. Very easy check in. The apartment was a great location.

You certainly couldn't fault the location, with the cathedral and Alcazar just steps away not to mention restaurants, so many restaurants! The twin beds situated either end of the bedroom afforded a little bit of privacy for 2 people travelling together who weren't a couple and the balcony leading off the bedroom overlooked the cathedral so you can while away a bit of time watching the world go by below, very lovely indeed. We were met by the hosts on arrival and departure at the times agreed and all communications were prompt and clear. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment on our last day and go back and collect it, which was great. All in all, a great stay in a beautiful city.

It's worth noting that ear plugs are a must if you plan to sleep with the window open at all, the Giralda bells strike every quarter hour and on the hour throughout the night! The WiFi signal didn't reach the upper floor, so that could do with a booster as that dropping in and out was a bit frustrating. Most of the reviews mention the tight spiral staircase that accesses the bedroom and bathroom which would be challenging for some people, and certainly an issue for children, but we were fine with it. Bizarrely, the counter tops in the kitchen and basin in the bathroom were installed at a height I'd never come across before, I'm pretty short 152 cm, and the counters were at chest height! Standing trying to use the sink in either the kitchen or bathroom wasn't easy, I can only assume that someone VERY tall installed those! We were only staying a short while so didn't need to cook, but I would imagine that trying to use the hob at that height would be challenging and a bit of a danger hazzard.

The view was incredible. The terrace small but lovely. The spiral staircase needs to be noted because if you have difficulty moving around it is a little tough to deal with.

The apartment is literally across the street from La Giralda. It's extremely close to all the activities nearby as well as a small super market (Carrefour). There is no parking, but no issues taking taxi or Uber. Also, the staff that met us was exceptional. They gave us a good overview of the apartment and told us all about the nearby attractions/restaurants. The apartment, lobby and lift are clean, well lit and well maintained (aside from a needed paint job). Also, the kitchen is fully equipped, all you need to bring is food.

NOISE It's really noisy outside. If you're coming to Seville for a nice quiet time, don't stay here. While the balcony doors are triple glass, they do let a fair amount of outside noise in. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, and you hear everything. Also, the bell tower of La Giralda is literally "on top" of you, so each hour thru the night, you hear the bells. APARTMENT We were a family of 4, and the beds were quite small. The pictures on Booking shows a "double" bed with a sofa bed that also fits 2. Also, the one on Booking seems newer. This is the apartment we thought we'd get. However, we were given 2A (next door) which has 2 single beds upstairs and a sofa bed. Not ideal for us. Also, 2A needs a paint job. The walls were marked up in the dining area....but I'm being nit-picky. STREET The street in front of the apartment is frequently closed to traffic during the day--as is a lot of the central area. Lots of folks going to the Cathedral. So, sometimes getting a ride will require you to walk a bit.
