The language barrier is still very high as the English by the staff is almost non existent and the only way to communicate is with an translation App

The area is closed down, a bit quiet not much open.

(1) Staff in hotel has excellent approach to guests. People are the biggest strength of hotel. (2) very comfortable bed, (3) variety of choice and good quality of breakfast, (4) fast and stable internet, (5) nice fitness room, (6) hot springs
All what shouldn't happen in 5-star hotel, sorry guys: (1) dirty chairs in restaurant (2) stains on the walls in the room (3) ground bar having a variety of alcohols and not serving drinks (maybe due to COVID restrictions, whatever!), (4) sky bar closed

Very beautiful hotel, spectacular night view. The breakfast is also a plus.
Swimming pool did not meet my expectations. Don't feel like to swim in it.

Breakfast was good. Brest features were the hot spring and indoor/outdoor pool.
Slow wi-fi in our initial room but staff quickly assigned us a new room with faster internet.

Great hotel with hot springs. Breakfast was amazing. Room view is magnificent, staff was friendly and helpful.
