The room was good. The staffs were good. Pleasant stay. Pool also good.

We felt cheated a bit as we were looking for a hotel that is seafront where we able to swim and take a dip in the sea. Got to make it clear in the advertisement and included into the description

boutique size of the resort, live cooking station during breakfast, well equipped GYM, nicely located swimming pool....almost infinity ;) , possibility of having well organized comfortable connecting rooms, super fast delivery of orders by room service and hornbill on site which we spot during first evening after arrival

The breakfast was excellent! Lots of healthy options and lots of diverse Malaysian and European options! The staff was friendly, approachable, highly professional and very nice. We liked going for walks in our beautiful place that was right on the sea. It was truly rediscovering tranquility!

We couldn’t swim in the sea and that was a bit disappointing first. The location was great and it would be perfect if we could swim! But we swam in a wonderful swimming pool - which was great!

Quiet and relaxing place to recharge, very big and comfortable room, delicious breakfast with huge varsity of options!

It was a beautiful stay in such a relaxed property. Staff were super friendly, always smiling and saying good morning/afternoon if you came across them. Reception and housekeeping were helpful and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. A 12pm checkout time is appreciated as well so we didn’t have to rush.

Rooms were slightly dated, location is a far out (15mins drive) from the closest beach.

Breakfast choices are varied, and passable with their food refill speed. There is a big lawn area, good for those who bring children or kids.

- The pool doesn't look like the photo provided, and we saw other guests wearing improper swimming attire with stockings in the pool, very unhygienic, and a bit disappointed. - The TV inside the room has limited channels and is super blurry until can hear the voice only. - The room price is considered expensive as we expected the pool size to be big and a lot of other facilities are provided for family. - There is no beach attached to the resort.

It was fantastic overall . The staff was amazing, very kind and attentive.

the only downside was that some of the facilities such as the pool and the restaurant was closed down for renovation during our stay so we used these facilities of a neighbouring hotel which seems to have a lower ambiance standard.

On the beach, but not swimmable. Too much chlorine in the pool at the hotel next door.. The website did not state that their own pool and gym were closed for renovation.

Staff is super friendly and considerate. Breakfast was superb. Room is huge, view from balcony is nice. Aircond and hot shower are all working. Bath tub is spacious enough. Most part of the resort is under construction for upgrading process, however the surrounding stays clean.

Buggy service is only until 11pm. The resort's beach is not for swimming.

Was informed 1 week before trips on swimming pool and cafe renovations. I am sure renovation was planned way before. Too short a time for me to change venue.

That the pool has only few sun beds, and they didnt anounce that the maine pool will be closet from 1 february... we choose location also for this pool by the photo...and when we arrived, they closet the pool. But we received as compesation a romantic dinner.

Room is spacious and walking distance to the private beach.
