at the hotel I was charged $270.57 and the original price was $258. They do not respect the booking price.

Their breakfast was amazing so were the staff! The natural juices are to die for! I booked the most expensive suite which included breakfast. The breakfast was buffet style. Get your eggs cooked the way you want.

Free facilities such as saunas and pool. Very large room and great view of the Volcano. Convenient direct access to commercial centre below and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby.

No infos about the facilities that were available and free of charge. Such as the saunas and free water. I had to ask. Shower was a bit complicated to use.

Grand Tikal futura is spacious, clean, with plenty of amenities, including a shopping mall. the staff is nice, professional and polite. we really enjoyed our stay here.

Building was ok, but for the cleanliness that you would expect from a 5 star hotel was lacking tremendously. We went to check out the bed and sheets and pulled back the top pillow and found bed bug and blood on the pillow. We complained and they switched us rooms after verifying the bed bug. We booked on line and it stated that are breakfast was included but while eating breakfast we found out the hotel doesn't honor that for using online booking. After complaining about all the problems above they gave us a free breakfast for the bed bugs. On our bill we were still charged gratuity after all these issues. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.8

My wife arrived before me and, despite calling and being assured that 'Booking' guaranteed them payment so the Hotel had no problem waiting until I arrived with the credit card we'd booked under... they insisted that she prepay with her card or they wouldn't let her enter. Baby and all! Hmm. Not the service I'd expected. we won't be back.
