Perfect hotel for a family with children and babies. All facilities well thought out. Beautiful location, good swimming pools, especially for children, beach/cove very clean and nice. Excellent food - super wide selection -breakfast, lunch, dinner, every dinner new theme, and everything’s tasty! Friendly staff, animators do really great job, there was transport between rooms and facilities passing every few minutes.

I’d say small room/toilet/bathroom. We were family of three - two adults and toddler. With two big luggages on the floor, backpacks and stroller we were pretty tight on walking space :) also, coffee… Coffee machine is closed during lunch or dinner in the main restaurant. You can get it only in the bar, but all desserts are in the restaurant :) for a person like me who loves to finish a meal with dessert and coffee that was a pity :) but in general we really enjoyed our stay and hotel exceeded our expectations!

The room smelled like mold. No actions by the hotel stuff taken after complains. Very hard mattresses where you feel all its springs. Unreliable internal shuttle bus. One may have to wait for more than 30 min before one appears at the dedicated stop.

The place is so amazing. A lot of space and quiet. The food is very high quality and staff is absolutely fantastic.

The beach wasn’t that clean (lots of debris on the sand), and the company running the beach wanted to charge us €60 (7 people) to use the beds, when it’a advertised at €4.30 per bed. Very unfriendly guy. It’s a shame the beach is not private. The hotel could do with a sofa area (at main hotel by reception) or somewhere for guests to sit and relax before / after dinner.

Nice lokation with super beach. The whole area is quite calm. Dinner with a large veriaty of food, good Coctails.

The resort is very big, the minibus service is unfortunately pretty rare. One of our bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky, the other one was fine. I sent a complaint through the Iberostar App after the first night, and to this day I haven't recieved an answer. In our room the toilet was separated with only a glass door, so not really private (soundwise).

Wonderful resort, loved every minute. Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room very close to the reception building. The food and service was sublime. Gorgeous pool area too. Really nice entertainment in the evenings. Nice clientele, everybody very polite.

Would have been great to have a hot tub option. Or ability to go get a massage. The beach feels a little far from the main reception building but we got used to the walk, but I also like that they provided free transfers to the beach via golf buggy or jeep which was nice.

The entertainment team does a very good job on the activities during the day.

Our experience on the hotel was horrible. The airco was not working on our room (it was 40 degrees outside) and the hotel took 1,5 day to take action and give us a new room. We didn’t have water on the room for half a day and when the water returned it was only cold water and no pressure. The hotel kept stalling instead of actively find a solution for the issue. The transport around the hotel is handle with golf cars that are not reliable since they never do the same route and you ended up waiting for them in the middle of nowhere, it is a lucky shot to find a golf car around your room. The food is normal to be completely honest, however for the price of the hotel it was expected a better quality. The drinks are far from being what is described on the menu since they are just a pre mix of something that did not resemble the name of the drink. The room service hardly ever let the right number of towels and the drinkable water source outside the room was far for working properly.

The property has potential. It’s close to the beach and the idea of remote apartments is a good one one. The food is ok, if you pick the right one. They have live cooking (fresh fish and meat at lunch and dinner, Omelett at breakfast). The dinner restaurant and bar right at the beach are gorgeous, although you have to walk quite a bit to get there, because the area is huge.

However, the property has a lot of unused potential. The pool areas are way too small. it was difficult to even find a sun bed and it felt at every time very crowded. There are no quiet areas for adults. There is no coffee or tea at the room, the water stations didn’t work most of the time. So you have to go all the long way to the bars. The hotel has some problems with the quality of their rooms and the service is very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. We arrived and got assigned a room with a clear water damage (there was water all over the floor and the ceiling was still dripping and hanging through). The first response was an unsatisfying “sorry we do not have a room” and it took a lot of unpleasant conversations with the management over two days until the issue was solved. Furthermore there were a lot of smaller situations where we did not feel to be treated with a great service. The cleanliness of the hotel has room for improvement. especially the dishes are often a bit dirty and you have to look at a few plates and glasses at the buffet to choose a clean one. As I said: A lot of unused potential that did not make the stay very pleasant.

The location was hard to reach for people who doesn’t have a car or can’t rent a car .

The bungalows are spread across the property and they were very comfortable. The food was consistent and like any inclusive resort, the menu was varied to suit all tastes. The Beach was lovely and when we arrived we were given a very good impression of the resort and it delivered on its promise. The resort is off the beaten track which we welcomed. We had a car and that allowed us to explore the southeast and southern coastlines of the island.

information about things to do was not very well promoted - info about local beaches/activities etc would have been helpful but was not very obviously accessible. I would possibly have liked our bungalows to be cleaned thoroughly even once during our week - sand gets everywhere. However, I am digging deep to find things I did not like because it is an efficient operation and we had a great week.
