The beach bar/Reataurant and location were excellent! the food and drinks there were sooooo good, and the beach bar and staff at the restaurant were so helpful. The “casitas” cleaning and maintenance staff were helpful and did a good job trying to answer our requests.

The casitas were “comfortable” but they need more maintenance and upkeep. They were a bit run down. The reception staff was not very friendly or helpful in solving problems.

Rooms are better than others in santa teresa, excellent bar/restaurant at the front.

the bungalows are nestled in a beautiful garden. I liked the outdoor kitchen and sitting area. the beds are comfortable. it’s a very close easy walk to the beach.

the pool is marked for guests staying at the hotel but so many people ignore that and fill up the pool. the noise from the road traffic and bar music is annoying.

The Beach Bar is exceptional. It gives you a space to relax, party or simply chat with people. The drinks and food taste amazing and have regular prices, highly recommended! The bar and connected beach are only a few meters away from the bungalows, no matter which one you choose to live in:) Also besides a wide terrace with a room on top that gives you space to relax the bungalows have a nice, big bathroom with great showers and comfortable beds. We simply loved to live here for over a week as the bungalows are located in the center of Santa Teresa. You can either stay at the bungalows and the beach bar for the whole day and relax or you can go do some great activities like surfing and ATV tours and go out to dinner in the evening. Loved it!

Good location

Reception was closed when we arrived, had to wait for. The girl to come back, she didn't respond to the phone calls. Room smelled like humid wood, almost unbearable, started having headache because of the smell. The bed sheets where really humid almost wet and had to ask them to change them. The hot water didn't work, they had to fix it at night. The bath had the walls full of fungus growing in the tile seams, really gross. Pool water looked dirty and the common areas smelled like septic waste water. The restaurant beachfront was really dirty, the sand had all type of garbage, bottle caps, straws, cans, cigarrete butts, it seems they do not clean the beach at all. It's a shame as it's a beautiful beach.

Excellent cleaning staff- like amazingly clean rooms every day which is a COVID treat! Also super great front desk peeps and beach life was so fun! The pool could have been cleaner but the overall location and experience was amazing! Check out the Italian grocery store across the street.

Overall a nice place to stay right on the beach in Santa Teresa, with a fun beach bar a minute away.

There was no hair dryer, which was promised on Booking. Also, there is no 24hour reception. Very laid back management, if there is something wrong it takes them a while to rectify it. Cleanliness can also be improved a bit.

Nice location and the hangout scene by the beach.

Hotel has great potential but needs some major upkeep. My hotel room had so many cracks in the walls and roof where all types of bugs were coming in. Had a major ant problem every night. I understand we’re in the jungle but I also want to feel comfortable when I sleep. Never looked forward to coming back at night. Lots of the wood molding. The housekeeping was useless. Never mopped the floors, just did some mild sweeping and made the bed.

great price and the best location, just in front the beach and with the best restaurant in the same property, we didn't have to move from there during the all trip

Restaurant wasn’t open. Air conditioning leaked down the wall and pooled at the door. The room wasn’t clean and the shower still had soaps from the previous guest.
