La comida.

Como les mencioné en un correo a servicio a clientes el hotel no tiene playa: está prohibido meterse al mar y en ningún momento me lo informaron, si lo hubiera sabido no habría ido! Uno no va a la playa para no meterse al mar. El hotel súper lejano del centro. Por ende los traslados son carísimos. El hotel tuvo cortes de luz constantes y era terrible. El hotel suspendió el servicio de agua de las 11:00 a las 5:00 pm un día. Por arreglos. Y curiosamente cerraron la alberca familiar también. El aire acondicionado no servía bien, pedí lo checaran y nunca fueron hasta el día siguiente. Pedí un rollo de papel higiénico el cual, después de dos llamadas lo enviaron una hora después. El horno de microondas en pésimo estado, carecía de la tapa interior por lo que estaban los tubos de metal. Cero supervisión, cero mantenimiento y ya cuando me quejé me obsequiaron el desayuno de mi último día. Es carísimo para el pésimo servicio. El hotel estaba vacío. El servicio de limpieza q cuartos lo hacían muy tarde. No regreso. Y requiero una bonificación del dinero que pagué. Un hotel con pésimos servicios.

I called off cleaning service 3 times for 15 min and never came back - I called to request service and service was never done, until 10 pm they asked if “it was needed”

I liked the pools and the staff at the pool bar and water aerobics.

The food was terrible. The front desk staff was unprofessional. I had to pay 600 pesos for taxis to and from the airport. I got locked in the restaurant bathroom for an hour and was not even offered a free drink. They did not give you bottles of water or coffee in your room, so I had to buy water and coffee everyday.

Installations, staff, restaurants, pools, privacy

Beach is not easy if you are not good swimmer. The property is about 30 minutes from puerto Escondido. And 15 minutes of those 30 are dirt road. The best is rent a car so you can go back at any time you want. I rent a car and I get in and out every day.

The apartment was great, amazing view and facilities

When you do the check in, they ask you dor money if something is broken in the apartment and you gotta have a credit card, no one tells you that until you arrive.
