Something for everyone's taste. Staff were amazing servers, entertainment staff. Worked very hard. Really was excellent value for money. Everything literally outside the front door regarding taxis, excursions. About 15 mins outside kusadasi.200 lire in a taxi regardless of number of people. Super value

Beds were so hard to be honest. Duvets very small for the beds.

Everything excellent, nice people, great food, great facilities and golf course. Close to the beach, close to the town - we rented a car but they do transfers as well. I have been on many holidays, my first time in Turkey and I will be booking again for next year. Swimming pool cold at the end of October but that is to be expected, one heated pool inside, but just to jump in and out to get refreshed was fine for me. If you want massage definitely book in with Abi, I have been to many places but never had such a perfect massage.

Big all inclusive resort. Plenty to do at the hotel or activities can be arranged elsewhere. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Made us very welcome. Food good choice.

The location was a little bit far away from the centre . The beach is not on the resort but a free minibus runs daily to beach. Rooms are a little tired and could do with updating and the apartment was a bit dusty.

they gave us a 3rd floor apartment there was no elevator and no one to help us with the luggage so we suffered after along trip to take it all to the apartment the water was very low pressure we complained to the manager 2 times until they fixed it

Not worth the money. Its not 5 star hotel

The food was always cold and repetitive. Barwly any Turkish food. rooms weren't cleaned (every 3 days) most staff didn't speak English, some were very arrogant. They put us on the top floor after explaining we have 2 small children l, buggies and arthritis in knees. They lied and said all 2 bedroom apartments are allocated on top floor and refuse move us. The bell boy never helped us with our luggage and watched us struggle and drove off. It's not in kusadasi its in söke. No room services no complimentary drinks or in fact any drinks and snacks in the apartments, no cashpoint or even exchange money shop unless you get a cab to the local town. You can't walk to the local town as its located on the hills. To get to the main area where restaurants is you have to walk 5 10 minutes up and down hills. The water was freezing in the pools. Its outdated and not worth the money. 3 star at most. The beds were old and springyans uncomfortable. Constant attavked by bees. You cannot eat or drink without havingat leasy 10 bees around you. So sad we went there so happy and positive but couldn't wait to leave because of the horrible experience.

Location of the hotel in the mountains meant a cooling breeze on some days in the hot temperatures. Food was well presented and delicious. Nice to have other facilities such as dishwasher, washing machine in room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Our lights and air con had problems during the stay. Wasps outside restaurants were an issue.

Staff was very friendly. Food was generally good. Rooms and all other areas were very clean. We enjoyed the location a lot as it is closed to a lot of destinations to visit in the area.

The bee problem was extremely bad, at many places we couldn't be able to eat one bite in peace. There were not enough spaces inside to accommodate everyone. Also it is presented as a family hotel, therefore I would expect better equipped for kids entertainment. Although the Animation team was great, the kids club and the play ground were worn down even unsafe in some occasions.

it was absolutely outdated, dirty, unfriendly and uncomfortable. The bartenders and staff were rude and not motivated. But the worst was the plague of wasps at dinner so eating was very dificult.. For me personally why I did not stay a week and left after 3 days was the salmonella poisoning. The fish at dinner had salmonella. I can gladly show the doctors findings to the hotel. Please avoid the hotel.

Overall food was amazing, lots of options to choose. They have multiple pools. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Great view. People there are very kind. They are always smiling and trying to help you if anything needed.
