It’s a family buisness, so cozy and staff were really nice, Janni -the owner- dealt with us as if we are part of his family Location of the hotel is premium, 10 minute walking to the center of Saranda. Place got pool if u feel like not going out that day u can stay on the pool really nice very suitable for kids and families they got a parking lot you won’t suffer to park

1st: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, but it could have been dealt with in a better way. The owners wife is the tough cookie in the buisness, and that is so obvious. One day we were at the resto-bar having breakfast as all outdoor tables were fully packed, due to the heat, we were left out with no other option but to stay indoors and it was damn hot, so there was a standing AC I did put the AC on as we were literally suffocating due to the heat on that day, the army lady came very infuriated and turned it off on us. She noticed that we were seated exactly in front of it, to balance the heat, but she decided to put it off without even asking if we really need it or not. 2nd: Breakfast has to be a little bit dynamic, breakfast is the same everyday with all components except for the scrambled eggs, sunny side up and boiled eggs those were dynamic. I would recommend, just to have it more alternating yet the breakfast it self from a quality prospective very nice and very fulfilling honestly

Great family owned hotel with a pool and a nice terrace and garden. Nice breakfast and bar but no restaurant. 12 rooms, 3 have got really big balconys. Clean and good standard. On level 2 and 3 you can see the sea. Friendly staff and a cute family dog. The walk from the seaside has many stairs and is exhausting during hot days, but the location is great as you get away from the busy streets with tourists and clubs. The hotel is located by a road with a lot of traffic, but that is true for all hotels in Saranda.

Receptionist was lovely. Pool was good but little bit cold but that’s because we went at the start of the season. Great location. Breakfast was ok. Room was good, wet room wasn’t too bad.

the location is great, the hotel has a delicious breakfast. there is air conditioning in the main bedroom but not in the room where the extra beds are.

For me it was all worth it, the downside is that the Wi-Fi doesn't work well and the bathroom doesn't have a shower so when you take a shower, everything gets wet.

Good value for money option. We booked this fairly last minute so I don't know if there are better deals out there if booking well in advance but it served us as a simple place to crash down and take a quick dip in the pool. It also provided us with a parking space which is definitely sought after in Sarande. This is no thrills though! Breakfast is alright but finishes quite early.

Even though there was parking, there are more bedrooms than spaces and one space will be taken by the owner who doesn't have the best grasp of English (the other younger member of staff does though!) so fingers crossed you get a space early! (He is willing to move his car but it's a struggle to get him to do so right away!) The bathroom is a wet room which isn't great as the whole floor gets wet after using the shower, it was also very small in the bathroom so not the nicest place to be for too long! It's just off of the main road in and out of the town so it's a bit dangerous getting there by foot, especially at night and it's up a hill so is a bit tiring after a night out in the sweaty summer heat!
